Comfortably furnished apartment in Pastetten district Erding

Completed 3-room apartment (approx. 70sqm) with fully equipped dining kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet and a south-facing balcony.
Our house is located in a low-traffic settlement and is therefore particularly suitable for families with children. (Cot is available)
But business travelers will also find everything they need for their stay with us.
It is only 2 km to the motorway (A94) and 7 km to S-Bahn Markt Schwaben (S7).
The Therme Erding can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. accessible, the Munich Trade Fair Center in approx. 20 min. The airport is 21 km away. Shuttle service is possible.

Beautiful bike tours can be undertaken from Pastetten to the Isental. Storage space for bicycles and rental bicycles are available.

In our garden you will find peace and relaxation.
A sandpit with appropriate toys is available for children.

Beautiful rural location close to Munich

This apartment was immaculate. It had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful. We cooked some wonderful German meals with food bought from nearby markets in the well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend this apartment and wish to thank Herr und Frau Marsh for a wonderful stay.

We welcomed by the lovely, welcoming owners of the appartement. The appartment is very spacious and dividend into separate rooms: bathroom, kitchen fully fittef out, livingroom, bedroom and balcony. The garden was accessible too! And in quiet surroundings

A PERFECT GEM!

We loved our stay in this apartment and in this village. The hosts are the nicest and kindest people we have met on our travels. The location is perfect for taking the train into Munich. It is an easy drive from the Airport. The village is quiet and off the beaten track. The Edeka Supermarket and cute bakeries are close by. The apartment is lovely, spacious, and sparkling clean. It is larger than the photos depict. Everything that you could need in a holiday apartment is there. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Blown away with love and hospitality and excellent accommodation

We hit the jackpot when we discovered Josef and Anna’s delightful home. It was much more than we hoped or imagined. The apartment itself is perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. You could not find a cleaner accommodation. We were close enough to Munich to catch the S-Bahn into Munich in a neighboring town but we were also close enough with our rental car to visit the sites whether we traveled north, south, east or west. We also made friends with Josef, Anna their daughter Mikaela (the latter speaks fluent English which was a big help although Josef and Anna are also very good!). Our hope is to return and to return very soon. Thank you, Josef and Anna, for a memorable and very special stay. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunftsbesitzer sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen. Die Eheleute Marsch waren auch sehr umsichtig und vorausschauend im Umgang mit uns, vor allem aber auch was unsere 3 jährige Tochter betrifft. Liebe Eheleute Marsch, es war uns eine Freude bei Ihnen zu übernachten und unser Mietwagenproblem bzw. dessen Rückgabe hat sich als sehr gering herausgestellt. Liebe Grüße
