Our holiday apartment - the Luchsbutze - is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a kitchenette, balcony and new bathroom. The apartment is newly renovated and looks forward to hosting lovers of the Harz Mountains. The apartment also has a garage: the car in winter, motorcycles in summer or bicycles all year round are protected and dry. The apartment is extensively equipped - of course free WiFi is also included!

THE LOCATION

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680 m). The house is very quiet and is mainly used by owners. It is at the end of a dead end, right on the edge of the forest. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. It takes about 12 - 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

EQUIPMENT

The 40 sqm, sunny one-room apartment has a cozy living room with an integrated fitted kitchen (spacious and fully equipped). There is a 2-ring ceramic hob and a microwave with grill, which can also be used to prepare a frozen pizza. Of course, a kettle, electric coffee machine, press pot and toaster are also available.

In the living room there is a corner couch that can be converted into a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) in no time. If you would like to take a closer look, you can watch a small demo video on our website. Like a conventional bed, our sofa bed has an Ergoflex slatted frame and a comfortable Bultex mattress.

The television offers a diverse HD SAT program. It is also possible to connect a notebook with an HDMI cable. Since we are both nature lovers and film fans, you are welcome to use our Netflix account. You can find the description on our homepage luchsbutze.de
Of course there is also a CD radio with a Bluetooth interface.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The balcony faces south with comfortable garden furniture. The large garden can also be used by our guests. A garage (free of charge) belongs to the apartment.

SPECIAL

The local bakery offers a bread delivery service - you can find information about this in the apartment.
Toboggans are provided free of charge.

PRICING INFORMATION

The final cleaning costs €30 once and is binding.

An optional linen package costs an additional €12.50/person (including bed linen, shower and hand towels and tea towels). Please let us know in advance whether you would like this.

The costs for electricity, water, heating, etc. are included in the above apartment price.
All overnight prices are based on a maximum of 2 people. For each additional person a surcharge of €7.00 per night will be charged.

You pay the spa tax on site:
Adults €3.00, children under 6 years €0.00, 1st child from the beginning of the 7th year to the age of 18: €1.65, all additional children free
