This apartment is a completely furnished upper duplex (1600 sq. ft or 112 m2)with 3 closed bedrooms. It has two balconies: one small one in front, and a larger one (upper deck) in the back. Wi-fi internet, electricity, hot water and heating are all included. It is located in a residential zone, with a lot of trees and many parks. It is well located, close to banks, pharmacies and Snowdon metro station. There is also Starbucks and other restaurants on the corner. It is close to highway 15 and public transport. Old Montreal is about 30 minutes by metro. HEC or Polytechnique are accessible directly by #51 bus that stops at the corner. It is also a short walk from the Saint-Joseph's Oratory.
