The apartment is centrally located, quiet in a dead end. Come and convince yourself, because 2 bicycles are waiting for a trip to the green. Very well suited for longer stays.

Hat alles gepasst, keinerlei Beanstandungen. Hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung, bei der auch Kleinigkeiten vorhanden sind, die man nicht unbedingt erwarten kann.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, die Innenstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen, Bäckerei für s Frühstück in der Nähe. Vermieter ist echt hilfsbereit - zum 2. Advent war auch ein wenig Dekoration vorhanden - gemütlich - klare Empfehlung

Tolle Wohnung in Oldenburg….Nähe Zentrum

Lieber Wilke, Wir möchten uns herzlich für den fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in Oldenburg bedanken. Es war eine unvergessliche Zeit und wir sind restlos begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein wahres Juwel. Die Ausstattung war exquisit und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren äußerst gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und vermittelten sofort ein heimeliges Gefühl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit und die liebevollen Details, die deine Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem macht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zudem ideal. Sie ermöglichte uns, die charmante Altstadt Oldenburgs in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und bot gleichzeitig eine ruhige Oase der Erholung. Wilke war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, angefangen von der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise. Deine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Alles in allem war es eine unvergessliche Zeit, die wir in deiner Ferienwohnung verbringen durften. Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen, der eine komfortable und einladende Unterkunft in Oldenburg sucht. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles! Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wilkes Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt und blitz- sauber. Ein Highlight neben der ruhigen und citynahen Lage mit Blick in blühende Gärten ist die Hausbar. Diese befindet sich im Abstellraum und bietet gegen ein kleines Entgelt eine Anzahl an Getränken und Snacks. Wunderbar für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend oder wenn man vergessen hat, sich Getränke mitzubringen. Wilke ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung kann ohne Einschränkungen empfohlen werden.

zuverlässig - sehr schön

Wie auch beim letzten Mal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Kleiner Makel ist die gewöhnungsbedürftige Zufahrt. Der wird aber mehr als aufgewogen durch die sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung samt dem netten Vermieter.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet (und mehr) was man im Urlaub braucht. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man herrlich entspannen. Wir haben die absolute Ruhe genossen. Der Empfang mit einem kleinen "bunten Teller' mit Obst und Naschereien und Blumen im Essbereich und Wohnzimmer spiegelt die "Herzlichkeit von Wilke wider. Er war auch stets hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Ja, hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Feriendomizil weiter. Die Putzkes aus Mittenwalde

Zentral, Ruhig, Ausgestattet, Herzlich

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung zu 100% zufrieden. Die Räume sind hell, geräumig und perfekt sauber. Außerdem ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter WIlke Hullen hat ohne Probleme geklappt und wir haben ihn als hilfsbereit und herzlich kennengelernt. Die Lage ist ziemlich günstig, weil das Haus nah am Bahnhof und an der Innenstadt liegt (beides fußläufig zu erreichen), aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig ist. Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker (Denns) ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Alles super, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was das Herz begehrt. Ob ausreichend Handtücher, Abwaschschwamm, Geschirrspültabs oder Mülltüten auch für den Mülleimer im Bad... an alles ist gedacht. Es gibt auch Infomaterial zur Umgebung in der Wohnung. Herr Hullen ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste und gibt auch gerne Tipps für Erkundungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. In einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen mit Parkplatz vor der Tür, dennoch nur ein paar Schritte zum nächsten Supermarkt oder 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Als Bonbon kann man auch kostenlos die Fahrräder der Wohnung nutzen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft daher gerne weiter.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Die liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo liegt sehr zentral in OL und ist trotzdem ruhig. Ob zu Fuß shoppen gehen oder mit dem Fahrrad längere Touren machen - alles ist möglich. Viele Tipps und Infomaterial vom Vermieter vereinfachen die Planung. Wilke ist ein ausgesprochen netter Mensch, der einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen will. In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht: Balkon mit Sitzmöbel, gut eingerichtete Küche, Unterhaltungselektronik, Schuppen für die Räder, Handtücher, Getränke und Knabbereien zum Selbstkostenpreis.

Ankommen und einfach rundum wohlfühlen!

Es stimmt einfach ALLES. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit viel "Herz" eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und auch ganz toll "betreut". Es gab keinen Moment der unzufriedenheit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
