Cozy. With south terrace.

Cozy 3-room apartment in the house "Back" with about 55 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 5 people (Well-being occupancy: maximum 4 adults). In the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. With terrace to the south and garden use. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with 2 sofas (3 and 2 seater), armchairs, TV, radio, dining table for 5 persons and direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe, chair and stool.
 Second Bedroom with single bed (90x200cm), 2 bunk-single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe and 2 chairs.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, washing machine and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space available. Free Wi-Fi (hot spots).

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. High chair and cot (about 60x120cm, without mattress) available. Smoking is not permitted.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.
