Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated 3rd-floor villa, the perfect escape for two. Enjoy an open-concept design with a plush King bed, cozy Queen sleeper, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a spa-style walk-in shower. Sip coffee on your private balcony, stroll the beach just steps away, or bike to nearby shops and restaurants — beach chairs and bikes included for your adventure.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Extremely clean and inviting. Host was exceptional. Kitchen well stocked if ya want to eat in and cook. Loved the beach view. Comfortable bed. So glad beach chairs and wagon were included. Didn't get to ride bikes due to storms but was happy they offered them to use. Would love to stay again in the future

Wonderful host! Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach, bikes made exploring coligny enjoyable too!
Nice view from the balcony! It was chilly and windy a couple days but this is nice and protected so we were able to enjoy playing games on the patio in the rain!

We had a great stay at Sea Villas on Coligny Beach! The space is definitely on the smaller side, but it was absolutely perfect for just my son and me. It was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and we were comfortable the entire trip.I noticed some reviews mentioning a smell, but honestly, that’s pretty common in the South because of the humidity, and it wasn’t anything that affected our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple meals, which was a nice bonus. Bikes are available but we didn’t use. Everything in walking distance no need to drive. You’re about to.5 of a mile to restaurants etc. The host is very responsive. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in a fantastic location and don’t need a lot of extra space, I would definitely recommend staying here!

The walk to the beach is not as long as the picture portrays. The photo is from the street not the building. The host communicated regularly. All amenities are in place. If traveling with 4 guests you will want to bring beach chairs for atleast 2. The bed and bedding was comfortable. We did not utilize the pull out. This site is at a public beach access point so the beach was crowded in the afternoons but early morning was great.

Great location neat the beach

We had a great time and it was just a short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and a wagon provided, which made getting to and from the beach easy. The property was in good shape and we took advantage of the pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband I went to Hilton Head for my 60th birthday. I wanted a relaxing weekend where we could see the ocean from the villa and be able to walk to the beach and into town. The location of the villa checked all the boxes. Bikes are also provided and we enjoyed a leisurely ride on the bike path while enjoying the area. The condo was clean and updated and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is gorgeous and a 2 minute walk from the condo. Beach chairs, and a wagon were also provided for use. We wish we could have stayed longer. We already raved about the Seaside Villas and the management company to our family and friends.
