The low-key life of our coastal village is waiting for you at Seaside at Sandbridge. These condominiums are just one block from the Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful third-floor condo (no elevator) has great views of sunrises over the Atlantic ocean in the morning and sunset views over Back Bay Wildlife Refuge in the evening. Complete with a sparkling swimming pool and off-street parking, this spacious suite, the largest in the complex, is comfortably furnished with all the necessities to make vacation dreams come true. Owners have provided access to the storage unit, containing beach chairs and toys for your use! The gorgeous kitchen with a separate dining area has granite countertops and stainless appliances for your cooking pleasure! Amenities include a TV, surround sound, ceiling fans, a balcony, a jetted tub, and high-speed WiFi.

Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
