Whether you’re gathering for a cozy night in or exploring nearby attractions, this amazing house is the perfect base. We hope you enjoy what our place and Sylvan Beach has to offer. We even make beach days convenient - towels, beach chairs, and a wagon are available for guest use.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Return the keys
Place keys back inside the lockbox near the front door. Relock the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is room for up to three cars to park. One may park in front of the garage and two end to end to the right of the front door.
Guests may not access the garage.
Trash collection is Monday. Guests are asked to place the large receptacles near the street (less than 10 feet away) on Sunday night.
