Walking distance to everything that the town has to offer... beach, casinos, amusement park, restaurants, bars and more. ~500 feet from door to lake access make this a great winter retreat for ice fishing/snowmobiling as well!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Hostess was Amazing. House was very clean and stocked with anything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Location was great and within walking distance to everything you would want to see and do. Highly recommended. My family cant wait to stay here again. We will be back for another stay for sure!

This home was a great size and has plenty of room for my large family. Host was super attentive and very informative about the property. The home was located in the heart of town within walking distance of all family activities, restaurants, bars and casino. I've been renting in Sylvan Beach for years and this home is at the top of the list

This is a great location and the house is very nice and functional for all 8 of us that stayed. This is our second time staying at this location and we will be back next year. We had a couple of minor things come up during our stay and Wesley was very responsive and willing to take care of us.

Lovely Sylvan Beach Home

My sisters and I had a lovely experience staying at this three bedroom home right within walking distance to all the restaurants , shops , and beach . The owners were very responsive and made our stay seamless . We were impressed by how clean and comfortable the house was . We especially enjoyed the spacious , well appointed kitchen and being able to sit outside in the yard . The town of Sylvan Beach is one of our favorite places to visit and we highly recommend this house if staying in the area .

Sylvan Beach Summer Trip

We returned to Sylvan Beach for the week after spending nearly 10 summers there 17 years ago. This house was the absolute perfect place for our family. There was plenty of space, the house was well equipped, very clean and well kept. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The house is located right in the heart of town and such a short walk to all the local hotspots including the beach! We were so sad to leave after such a wonderful week but will surely be back to this sweet little Sylvan Beach treasure.

Ideal getaway

There was nothing I could ask u to change. I reserved this place as part of my granddaughters graduation gift. She states this was the best place ever. Location is perfect. And my daughter and my granddaughter r hoping to visit again. My other daughter and her daughter spent one night and were totally impressed and may b calling u. Thanks again.

Modern cottage with all the amenities!

Family of 6 adults on our annual Sylvan Beach trip stayed here for the first time over the weekend. This super clean, comfortable, sleek, updated cottage house was an easy 1-block walk to the beach and right downtown near everything (Casino, restaurant, park, shops..) The bright, open kitchen was the center of dual cozy living room areas, each with their own tv. Two spotless bathrooms/showers with plentiful towels, 3 nice sized-bedrooms with closet space, kitchen items handy (dishes, mugs, utensils,) and a keurig supplied with k-cups. Cute beachy decor throughout! Plenty of space for all of us to rest, relax, and sleep well in a very quiet, respectful neighborhood. Very large yard with patio & firepit. Owners were super responsive and accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
