Spacious driveway for multiple cars.
If you want to bring a boat there is plenty of room to park a boat on the property.

Security:
We have a Ring doorbell with camera that will be on during your stay. The camera will activate and record if it senses motion on the front porch.

We have outdoor security cameras in the front and rear of the cabin and will be on during your stay. These are located by the entrances to the cabin. We do NOT monitor the cameras during guest stays.
Your privacy is very important to us! Please rest assured- there are NO cameras inside the cabin.

Parties, events, large family gatherings, or bachelor/bachelorette parties greater than 12 people are NOT allowed.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.

Minimum age to rent: Must be 21 years of age to rent this cabin.

* Guests will have access to entire cabin with exception of the owner’s closet and housekeeping closet.

Very nice property

Beautiful home, close enough to town to be convenient but nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to the lake and several launches, less than 5 minutes to Walmart, 10 minutes from the square. Beds were comfortable, well furnished, kitchen has everything required to make a meal. Host was very friendly and reached out to make sure that we didn’t need anything.

Fantastic Cabin in a great location

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. It was furnished with everything needed. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The kids loved the foosball table and the littlest was happy to find a few toys to ply with. The cabin is located minutes from Walmart, the bowling alley and many places to eat. It was clean and decorated to perfection. We would definitely stay there again.

Road trip weekend

4 of us stayed at the Knotty Pines cabin when we came down to visit friends that recently moved to Mountain Home. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out after a 15 hour drive. The kids, ages 12 and 15, enjoyed foosball and the car race game and had a bonfire. The accommodations were great and the cabin was in a great location. We will stay again if we take another road trip to visit our friends!

We had an excellent weekend at Knotty Pines Cabin! We only wish we had stayed longer. Love how everything is labeled with no guessing what switches control or what was in each cabinet or drawer. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Took advantage of the games and foosball table as well! Feels like your miles from everything but literally minutes town. We would love to stay here again.

The owner has thought of everything

We had a terrific stay, and here are the main reasons: The beds are very comfortable. The house is really stocked, and everything is very nice quality. The furnishings make the home very warm and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the "bear" theme. All details are well thought out and communicated. The owner is very helpful and great at communication - which makes for a terrific experience. There are plenty of places in the area to stay, but we would stay here again.

Weekday Getaway to Knotty Pine Cabin

This wonderful log cabin provided a much-needed getaway for my family and I! The cabin is comfy, quiet, warm, and cozy, and everything you could want or need is close at hand! Outstanding host and property

Everything was perfect. The hosts thought of everything. Cabin is spacious and updated. It is very close to town but sits off the road and is private with lots of parking. Games and toys for kids, a fire pit in back yard. We especially loved the screened patio. Beds and furniture are very nice and comfy. The only reason I gave 3 stars on the location & neighborhood is because it's very close to a trailer park and there is also a brick house sitting next door facing the cabin. Otherwise it was truly a remarkable property. 10/10 recommend. Hosts are also prompt responding to any need you may have during your stay. I would also like to comment on the community. Every person we encountered was friendly, the restaurants are absolutely delicious, and the town is very clean and nice. Everything recreation is close by. We really had an enjoyable stay.

We are Larry and Cassandra- an outgoing and dynamic couple from Maryland that loves to take cruises and travel the world. We love tropical locations like Cancun, Aruba, and Puerto Rico. The Greek Isles and Western Europe are other favorite destinations. After traveling to different parts of the World, we have realized that there is something special about enjoying some quiet outdoor living in our beautiful cabin in Mountain Home Arkansas and love to visit as much as we can! Larry is a former Marine and former member of the Air National Guard. He is a decorated senior Captain in a career fire department and has been a firefighter for over 33 years. Cassandra has been a public school music teacher for over 14 years. She is also a licensed Attorney in Maryland.

We purchased this beautiful cabin as our second home. Sitting on 4 acres, our family and friends can gather here to enjoy nature, good company and get away from the headache of big city living.
BONUS! it is close enough to town that we can run to the store or go out to eat all within a 5 min drive. It is our Mountain Home "Home away from Home"
