The apartment consists of a living room with radio, TV and seating, a comfortable kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms with two beds upstairs, a bathroom with shower and toilet. It can accommodate 4 people. The terrace with garden furniture invites you to sit comfortably. Parking space is available. Final cleaning, heating, water and electricity costs are included. The apartments are located at Museumshafen on a garden plot with greenery in a quiet location in the heart of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald, 500 m from the center. The Greifswalder Bodden, the romantic fishing village Wieck with the historic timber bridge and Eldena with its beach (about 3 km) and the monastery ruins, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas and St. Mary's Church, the observatory and the Pomeranian State Museum are beautiful destinations. It is not far to the two largest German islands Rügen and Usedom.
Caution in the apartments are no construction and assembly workers allowed.

Angenehmes Wohnen in guter Lage

Wohnlich und funktional, nur das Bad ist ein wenig klein. Die Ausstattung ist oberer Standard. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nette, gemütliche FeWo nahe der Altstadt

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, allerdings sollte vielleicht ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung aufgenommen werden, dass das Bad unten liegt und die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen sehr steil, die einzelnen Stufen recht schmal sind. Das ist speziell für ältere oder bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen (wie in unserem Fall) recht beschwerlich.
