They failed to mention the owner was living below. He then threatened us after being angry that my son had friends over to the pool. There was a broken door that was our responsibility to fix. We said we would fix it but they proceeded to scold us for some dust on the floor. We payed for the the house to be fully cleaned to take care of anything like that. They were terrible. Also the house was cheap and the material used awful. They gave us one pillow each and old, small towels. The whole experience was very cheap for what we payed. Also the owner sits downstairs and watches everything. Not a vacation.
