The apartment is new and modern and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven etc. The spacious living room has access to the invisible balcony with marquise - which is in the sun from early noon. For cold days, the living room has a beautiful fireplace that provides cozy warmth and invites you to linger. A large bedroom with double bed and closet forms one of the two tasteful rooms.
