LOFT KEANE - Vintage meets modernity over the roofs of Koblenz

The LOFT KEANE is located in the newly renovated and insulated attic (2nd floor) of an apartment building from 1890.
The LOFT can be used optimally with 2 people. In exceptional cases, a mattress for a 3-4 person can be added. The highlight is the loggia: here you can have a relaxed breakfast, sunbathe or enjoy a glass before going to bed. The view over the roofs of Pfaffendorf is wonderful.
The loft has a double bed (1.80 m) with very comfortable new mattresses and toppers. A beautiful bathroom with Art Nouveau cement tiles borders the sleeping area. An open floor-level shower makes it possible for two to shower;)
In the living area there is a large couch on which 2 people can stretch out and enjoy the entertainment options of the 55 "Smart TV. With this you can zap through the most important international and domestic channels or use the free NETFLIX.
The LOFT Keane has its own guest WiFi and several Internet access points in the living areas.
The kitchen is open and well equipped. As a greeting, we will provide some coffee pads.
The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which creates an evenly pleasant warmth in winter.
The loft is air-conditioned.

Schönes helles Loft mit Dachterasse, alles sehr sauber. Gastgeberin war sehr und auch für Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Altstadt von Koblenz war zu Fuß gut erreichbar, aber auch eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Verkehrslärm meets Rheinidylle

Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider war die Spülmaschine von Anfang an defekt. Die Bahngleise (Fern-/Regional- und Güterverkehr) gehen direkt hinterm Haus lang und vorm Haus ist eine vielbefahrene Straße mit Linienbusverkehr. Es wurden Ohropax zur Verfügung gestellt, trotzdem hätten wir diese Info zur Verkehrslage gerne vorher gehabt.

Toll ausgestattete und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, modern, funktional und trotzdem gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem, die kleine Loggia entzückend. Man fühlte sich sofort zu Hause. Die Vermieterin Natalie war sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit.

Herausragende Art, Koblenz und Umgebung zu genießen

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Laufnähe zum Stadtzentrum. Genialer Ausgangspunkt auch für Touren in die Umgebung. Freundliche, unkomplizierte Menschen als Gegenüber.
