Beautiful, peaceful lakefront home on Loch Lomond!

Wake up to gorgeous views of Loch Lomond as you sip coffee on the deck and prepare for your day. This comfortable, roomy home has all you need to enjoy your days on the lake, biking the trails, golfing, or exploring Northwest Arkansas.

The main floor of the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas. A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer. Read a book, work on a puzzle, or take a nap in the beautiful sunroom that sits off the back of the home and overlooks the lake. A relaxing deck with a gas grill, large table and umbrella, and easy access to the main level overlooks the lake and receives wonderful late afternoon/evening shade. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, double oven, full sized fridge, and dishwasher.

The lower level of the home has one bedroom and bathroom and walks out to a large, partially covered patio and access to the lake. All ages will find entertainment in the game room on this level. Choose from the large variety of games to play, challenge someone in ping-pong, or sign in to your steaming device on the 60 inch smart TV for a good movie to round out your fun day outside.

A quiet, peaceful cove of Loch Lomond is a short walk down a paved path. Three kayaks and pedal boat, covered dock with ceiling fan, beautiful stone patio, and fire pit are waiting for your use. This cove is perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking, sunbathing, fishing, or just sitting and enjoying the quiet. A wide variety of birds and critters that enjoy our cove add to the charm and ambience of this little gem in Northwest Arkansas. The oversized two car garage has plenty of room to store your mountain bikes, golf clubs, or other large items.

Note:
This home is nestled in a quiet cove surrounded by permanent, full-time neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet, serene atmosphere while enjoying the lake. Loud music and partying will echo throughout the cove, so please be mindful as we do not want to disturb our neighbors.

The lake house was a perfect retreat while visiting family in Bella Vista. The house was very clean and had lots of puzzles and board games. The dock was wonderful and we just sat out down there or on the back deck most of the time. Could not have asked for a better rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and all of the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and on the dock and swimming and boating in the lake. Thank you!

Fall getaway

Wonderfull home on the lake. It was too cold to swim but we were able to use the paddle boat. The fall colors were beautiful. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. The house was furnished nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and clean

Despite rainy March weather, our family felt well cared for in this lovely and spotless home. The lights on the boathouse and across the lake gave a magical glow. We had fun exploring Eureka Springs and other local sights. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Thanksgiving trip 2024

We drove in from the DFW area and our son, DIL and 14 year old son came from Overland Park, KS. We enjoyed the ping pong table, playing games, the view, and spending time with family that we don’t see often. Your home was very clean and well cared for. A great place to make memories!

Beautiful and spacious

The house is beautiful and well kept. We spent more time inside than we planned due to the rainy weekend. There was plenty of room for relaxing, and especially enjoyed the sunroom. The host was very helpful and informative. We hope to return soon!

Great Getaway

In our group, we had 6 adults who had plenty of room and stayed comfortably at the house. The house was clean and comfortable, and I found it even prettier than the pictures. The lake was a blast, and we got the most from the paddle boat. There was plenty to do in the area and lots of good restaurants. A couple nights we dined in downtown Bentonville and were really impressed by the food. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to visit it again.

Work retreat

I had coworkers in town for an offsite work summit. After one day at this property and a round of golf at Scotsdale golf course, they were in love with Bella Vista. This home has a great location with available kayaks to cruise around the lake. Couldn't ask for better scenery. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely book here again.

Perfect lake house in Bella Vista

Absolute wonderful time staying at the property. Perfect lake house on a quiet cove to fish, swim, kayak and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. House was perfect for the family, very clean and very functional for our quick family getaway. 15-20 minute drives to the trails in Belle Vista to hike and bike and very close to downtown Bentonville. Tonya was an incredible host and had wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area, restaurant suggestions, and places to see. Would highly recommend renting a boat at the lake which Tonya helped coordinate. Perfect family vacation before school starts back up. Couldn’t recommend high enough.

Great lake house!

Tonya was a great host with excellent communication and quick to reply. The house has tons of room and is extremely clean! We had a great time staying here for spring break. The kayaks and pedal boat were so much fun. The kids loved having the downstairs (with the ping pong table) to themselves. That said, it would be nice if the TV in the upstairs living area was a little bigger. ;-) The beds are very comfortable. The house has everything you need. We would love to come back and stay here in the summer. The cove would be great for swimming.

Great!

Beautiful, spotless, and like-new home. Great views of the lake and cove. The house had basically everything within reason that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only thing I would point out is that the cove that this house sits on is only about 4 feet deep and you have to go out roughly 150 yards before reaching deeper water. So you can’t safely jump, or dive, off the dock. And you really need to wear shoes because you’ll be standing in rocky/muddy ground while in the lake. I found this to be a negative, but most in our group didn’t seem to mind that much.
