Minutes from I-49, this home is conveniently located for guests to take advantage of all the amenities that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. The bike trail is at the end of the street, so no need to drive to enjoy Bella Vista's incredible trails! This property also boasts a private dock right in the backyard, and the fully remodeled kitchen is perfect for a short weekend getaway or big family party!

Great Bella Vista home. 3 couple stayed together. Very clean. Nicely updated. Plenty of supplies available. Bit of a climb back up from the lake, but well worth it. Wonderful, peaceful stay.

Bella Vista Beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautifully maintained property in Bella Vista. Every amenity has been thought of and provided. We had a lovely stay and felt “at home” from the moment we arrived! Would highly recommend and we hope to return for another visit in the future.

Great Getaway

Had my bridal shower here and it was a great place for all of us to get together. Having the lake in the back was a great touch. The hike down and back was not for the faint of heart but doable.

Family gathering

The location of the house is very good. Close to eating and shopping but also located in a quiet area. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have encountered. There is a claw foot tub in the master bathroom that is amazing!! There has been a lot of thought put into addressing any need you might have. Would highly recommend this house for your stay.

We stayed here for a boys' golf getaway. This house is so comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very impressed by the decor selections and amenities. Very much looking forward to a return visit!!

Great house

This was a perfect spot for our weekend. We were in town for my son’s wedding, the house was a perfect location to the chapel and venue. Did not get to enjoy the lake and amenities but would be a great spot for vacation. Very clean and organized, loved the decor.

Golf trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Bella Vista. Beautiful and relaxing view from our deck. Home was very nice. Golfed on 4 different courses. All close to where we stayed. Great long weekend with friends. We would love to go back again.

The front porch is heaven

Bella Vista lakefront

The house was clean and had lots of seating. That made the house seem smaller than it actually was. The mass of falling leaves made it impossible to maneuver down the hill to the boat dock. Beds were comfortable and clean - a plus for extra blankets. We didn’t do any cooking but we had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The master suite was well appointed and the bath was huge. We would stay at this house again. Wished it had a fenced yard since it’s dog friendly.

Inside good. Outside, not so much.

On the inside, the house was very clean. Comfortable beds. Bed linens good. Plenty of seating. Kitchen furnished. Nice appliances. On the outside, lawn was not mowed. Grass was tall. Deck furniture was very dirty. The concrete under carport (entry way) desperately needed to be blown or swept. There was loose trash. In the front bedroom there is a small hole in the floor that we plugged with a paper towels. We were not sure if bugs could get in.

Caught a huge catfish!

The house is small, but quaint. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen, bathrooms & laundry are updated. Living/nice TV room can fit 6 comfortably. The fold out sleeper chair did not work well for us, glad we brought an air mattress. Dock access has unfinished stairs, but teen kids did ok climbing to and from it. Bring your own poles! Big catfish, used hot dogs for bait! 😂

Be Aware!!!

While this property has beautiful pictures and great reviews, our experience was very disappointing. We had to contact VRBO directly as the host information was not accurate and we never did have direct contact, needing to work with VRBO to get access. The host on file with VRBO was also incorrect. Checkin was delayed as a cleaning lady was still on site trying to get things done. Some of the bedding was not changed and there was all sorts of dog hair and dust bunnies throughout the house. Kitchen appliances and floor were sticky as well with food particles left around the stove. We spent the first couple hours of our stay cleaning so the babies could play on the floor. In addition the TV remote was not working along with several lights fixtures. There were trash bags with rotting food left on the back patio, the front entrance was dirty and the stairs leading to the lake are eroded and very treacherous. We were not able to contact the host for any assistance as the information on file with VRBO was incorrect. The house was well equipped and the view was lovely. This property is in need of some serious care and created a very disappointing stay for our family.

We had a great stay! Loved having our coffee and breakfast out of the deck with the view of the lake! Our only complaint is the water didn’t stay warm for very long. Bathing 3 kids took a little longer than expected.
