Awesome condo with breathtaking views

My wife and I frequent Pearl Towers several times a year. This is our first stay with Maria and we loved it. Property is as described with beautiful ocean views and gorgeous sunsets. Very nice for short or long term stays. Highly recommend.

Everything we needed was here for a comfortable and enjoyable 8 day stay. Nicely furnished unit just as advertised. Quiet location on beautiful beach with ocean and city skyline views. A great place to relax and enjoy Mazatlan.

Clean & roomy condo with a great view

This was our 2nd stay at this property in two years. It is at a great location on the 7th floor facing west onto the beach with a fabulous view of the Pacific Ocean, sunsets, birds and beach activity. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This 7th floor property is spacious and very comfortable. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It was well equipped and there are several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We enjoyed using the hottubs and lounging by the large pool. We plan to stay here again.

Quiet property, awesome deck and ocean view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is clean, safe and close to Witches Beach. We really enjoyed our stay, Gil was great! The only thing we thought was the Villa could use some newer bedding, mop, supplies. I would stay here again for sure.

The Amazing Ocean View.

This property ocean view is breathtaking. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. Check in and checking out of the condo was easy. Thanks to Gil. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool or beach. We are returning before the end of this year. Spent five nights here. Great place. Ate a few times at Roys by playa Brujas.

Perfect Beach relaxation

This was our second time staying at the Pearl Tower in Cerritos. There is no better view, location, relaxation spot, that we've ever stayed at. Maria's condo was well kept and very comfortable. Days were spent suntanning on the deck and there really is few better places to be. When you get too hot, run down to the heated pool and cool off with a quick dip. Check in and out was a breeze with Gil, the property manager, and the entire month stay went off without a hitch.

Beautiful Property

A great suite in a fabulous building. The gym, the pool, the balcony, the beach and the view are exceptional. The unit is adequately stocked with nice dishes, towels, etc. and everything is in good shape and working order. Low on consumables like garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, salt, etc. but that might be luck of the draw. Great wifi. Prompt and friendly communication with owner and good coordination with onsite property manager. As noted by others, not a lot of places within walking distance, but neither is a car required. Bus and taxi options are convenient, simple and cheap. (I prefer this quieter Cerritos Beach location to Golden Zone or Centro.) I recommend absolutely and sincerely hope to stay here again.

Fabulous oceanfront condo!

We really enjoyed our week at the Pear Tower. It was our first time to Mazatlan and it won't be our last. We spent most of our stay on the very large deck (one of the largest in the building) whether it was enjoying our morning coffee or having a cervaza the afternoon. The condo is beautiful and though we didn't cook as we were only there for a week, it has everything you need to do so. We did use the full size washer and dryer - which helped us pack light for the trip. The pool was beautiful and we made use of the gym every morning. It has very good equipment. All the staff on site were great and it was very easy to get around Mazatlan. We walked north on the beach (about 30 mins) to have breakfast several days, and dinner a couple times. We used the bus to go into centro or the Golden Zone for dinner several times and to see Stone Island, and often used Uber to get back to the condo in the evening after dinner. The people in Mazatlan were very friendly. On Sunday night we had dinner in centro and really enjoyed watching the families enjoy the Malecon. Pearl Tower is a little further out - which suited us perfectly since transportation was so easy (and inexpensive) - it was a quiet oasis - but we could also easily go out to be in more active areas. The beach is great and our favorite part was walking it (north or south) and then just enjoying watching other people doing the same as we enjoyed our view from the deck. Air conditioning and showers (which are huge) worked great. Maria was great to work with. The condo was well stocked with coffee filters, sugar, salt, baggies, laundry soap, toilet paper and kleenex etc. We have no hesitation recommending this condo and Mazatlan for a holiday!

A-1 Perfect Condo!

The condo was perfect, incredible pool and ocean view! We had reservations for 40-days and had a medical emergency and had to fly to UCSD Hospital after 2-weeks. Due to our reason for leaving we expected to get a refund for the remaining 23-days? We received NOTHING! Not happy with the owner or VRBO! Will never use them again!
