This is the perfect FIS World Cup location as it is just a stone's throw from Warm Springs Lodge and lifts (less than 100 steps). The condo offers a large and furnished deck (16' x 27') on the water. Enjoy your meals in the sun or under the stars with truly amazing views of the mountain and right next to the creek. The deck is great for BBQ-ing, sunbathing, relaxing, and reconnecting with nature as the wild duck and trout both seem to gravitate to the deep natural pool at the end of the deck.

The complex offers a large heated swimming pool, private parking right outside your front door, and laundry facilities. From the lodge you can also catch the free shuttle that will take you anywhere in the Sun Valley area.

This restored classic is cozy, quaint, eclectic and in a beautiful and unique location for a vacation you will always remember. Redwood walls with hand rubbed finishes give the entire unit a cabin-like ambiance. Real craftsmanship and a beautiful blend of 6 different woods grace two bathrooms.

The ground floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, deck and a storage closet. On the second floor there are two generously sized bedrooms (both with 13’ cathedral ceilings), two bathrooms and an open 3-story hallway. A spiral staircase leads to o my the third floor loft bedroom with 2 XL twin beds (which can be combined to form a King) and views of the ski-mountain. The guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds (that can also be combined) and offers afternoon sun and wonderful views up Picabo Street and the Warm Springs village area. The master bedroom's California King bed, in suite bath, dimmable lighting, cozy chairs, morning sun and world class views make this room hard to leave. The living room, master bedroom and loft all offer views of the ski-mountain and creek. The soothing sounds of Warm Springs Creek fill the master and loft bedrooms, living room and deck.

The 60” Smart TV, 3 blu-ray DVD players, 2 other smart TV’s in the bedrooms, 2 blue tooth speaker systems, and 2 iPod docks, are sure to keep you entertained.

On the water, truly amazing views, a waterfront 400 sq. ft. furnished deck. Can it get any better? Once you experience this property, you will return again again! This is a one of a kind spot!

The condo was excellent. The location couldn't have been better. Just steps from the Warm Springs Lodge and the Challenger and Flying Squirrel lifts. Also the same easy access to the free area shuttle stop.The condo itself was very nice. Comfortable for all four adults and two kids. The large, hot (101 F) pool was a wonderful bonus and great place to relax. Also nice was the large deck overlooking Warm Springs Creek.We will definitely try to get the same condo next time we travel to Sun Valley

This condo is prefect! Best location in Sun Valley. Right next to the WarmSprings lodge and ON the river. All 5 beds were very comfortable! Dedicated parking spot right out front. EVERYTHING you need! We WILL stay here again

Location, location, location

We absolutely loved our stay! We were feet from the Warm Springs Lodge and the Challenger/Flying Squirrel lift. Our accommodations were quaint; we had a stream directly off the back porch and could watch the ski races at Warm Springs from the deck. Communication with our host was quick and painless. The loft (where my teenage son slept) was my favorite part of the whole place with ski memorabilia on the walls, including lighted headboards. There was laundry and a heated pool on site (not in the condo itself). We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location - Ski In Ski Out at Sun Valley

Location was great at the base of the lifts. As advertised a short walk to get on the hill and off. Also right next to shuttle stop so getting around was convenient and great. Complex has a hot pool/hot tub as it had jets in the hot pool, which was nice to have after a long day on the slopes. Neighbors at the pool asked a lot of questions about the rental, i.e. noticed we were not the owners. Condo was compact but we fit five adults in it. Kitchen area is very tight. Decor is a bit dated but overall the location made up for it. Auto door lock was good, once we replaced the batteries upon arrival as we did not need keys to get in and out of condo. Ran out of some supplies, might be good to have extra rolls in each bath. We did not bring a car, used transportation to and from the airport and the shuttles in town with no issues.

Missing Keys

Upon check in we noticed no keys for the pool. We immediately contacted the host. Numerous texts were exchanged. She had no contingency plan for missing keys and never provided them. We missed 2 of our 4 nights using the hot tub. We finally met a director that provided us with a key. Also, no bath soaps, no wash cloths, only Head and Shoulders shampoo. No pool towels as listed in the info.

Poor condition and maintenance

We all were shocked that most all the furniture was probably bought one piece at a time at a garage sale as none matched and the home was loaded with an excessive amounts area rugs , mirrors, odd lighting and poor quality bedding. Cabinetry had missing doors, I had asked about the date and mountain closure and when we got there the first day we were shocked that half the mountain and the roundhouse was closed for the rest of the season. We left 6:AM a day early as we were not happy with these and other issues.

A Good Potential Income Property Once Managed Better

Good location, owner and property manager never corresponded with issues with electronic devices. No one checked in to see if we arrived alright or to see if we might need anything. The place has a wonderful deck but all of the chairs were covered in bird poop. No air conditioning so it's a bit warm and doesn't cool down until early morning. So for the money it wasn't really a good deal. I operate a short term rental myself so I may be a little more particular on operations. I can assure you if my guests had contacted me on any kind of issue, I deal with it personally. Perhaps these owners are new to the business and are still learning how to manage.

Excellent property and location

Overall it was an excellent property to stay in. It is so convenient to the slopes and the property has everything you need! Our family had a great time skiing, snowboarding and playing games in the evening. When communicating issues with the owner, she immediately addressed all issues except for the smoke alarm. Smoke alarm on the 3rd floor started chirping for a new battery during our first night and we removed the battery based one her advise. However, a second smoke alarm on the 3rd floor started chirping 4 hours before we left our last day.

Great location - just steps to the slopes and short distance to town. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check-in process was very easy. Only issue we had was with the Wifi. Would stay here again!

Location can't be beat!

We had a great stay. This place is comfortable, cozy and (to quote my kids) "retro". The location is steps away from the chairlift, and that was what we were aiming for. The only thing we would want to be different is having some bathroom toiletries available to use (there was no shampoo or conditioner, and barely any soap in any of the bathrooms).

Beautiful deck

The deck over the river made the place great. The kitchen is quite small and dated. It could use an overall face lift but has everything you need. The property manager was prickly and a pain. Overall good experience.

Overall, this condo is very nice and in a good location. The back deck overlooks the river and was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. It is like the pictures shown, an older condo with a small kitchen and somewhat dated bathrooms. But the kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets you could want and the bathrooms came with lots of nice towels. The few negatives to keep in mind is that there is no Air Conditioning, and there is no screen door on the living room sliding glass door. And when it is hot outside, the third floor bedroom would be too hot to comfortably sleep in. The third bedroom is also up a curvy staircase so not good for older folks.

Warm Springs G1

The location was as good as it gets for skiing. A 2 minute walk from the door to the lift. Lovely sound of the river directly off of the deck at the rear of the unit. No problem parking-spot right in front. I should have paid more attention to the description especially when it described it as a "cabin feel". The unit was not quite as up to date as we had hoped. Perfectly serviceable but had quite a few miles on it. The shag carpet was at the end of its lifespan and the closet space was limited due to quite a bit of owner's items in a number of them plus one of the 2 in the second bedroom was filled to the ceiling with bedding and towels, etc. Did not really leave enough room for 2 people's gear so one of us ended up in the loft using that 2nd bed for our clothing. The privacy was good BUT if you needed to navigate the crow's nest metal spiral ladder in the night for the 2nd floor bathroom--let's just say that was tricky.

Great location just a short walk to the Warm Springs lodge, great space and deck, but the property is definitely showing its age and is in dire need of a deep clean. Queen bed in main bedroom was more comfortable than most rentals.

Classic Ski Condo

Perfect location for access to Warm Springs lifts. A few shops & a little pub nearby, and an easy drive into town. Cozy if not a bit small, and a little out-of-date, but in a classic ski condo way that’s very inviting. Pretty much exactly what we needed.

Perfect Ski-In Ski-Out Location in Sun Valley

This property was a Perfect 10 location to walk to the lift at Warm Springs. 1 Chairlift takes you straight to the top of the Mountain. The advantage of Warm Springs is easy access to the chairlift. The disadvantage is only 2 restaurants at the base - Warm Springs Lodge Restaurant and Apple's Restaurant. The condo is exactly like the photos on VRBO, very nostalgic from the 1970's, rustic, and rural feeling. Our family of 5 from New Orleans was very comfortable here. It felt like home after a few days. The other village is called River Run which needs 2 chairlifts to take you to the top. Bur the River Run Village has more restaurants and shops available. However, as a skiing junkie, I was very happy to stay in Warm Springs at this condo. The skiing was fantastic. I was able to ski 8 days straight from open to close. 7 Days were beautiful blue skies and short lift lines. The busiest day was a Sunday with maybe a 7 minute lift line in the singles lane. We have skied throughout Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, California, Idaho and Canada. If you have not been to Sun Valley, put it on your checklist. Highly Recommended. Skiing is Living!

Deck, creek, and location are the best!

Our family of four was super comfortable here for five days. The highlight was the large deck, where we enjoyed relaxing and dining. Kitchen was well supplied, and the rest of the condo was cozy and comfortable. Sleeping to the sound of the creek was the best - tho it would have been nice to have screens on the windows.

This is an older condo. It is on the end. very quiet and has a river off the deck. 400 feet from the lift. Not a lot of food choices nearby so if you do not want to drive bring food. Everything you need to cook is there like spices and pots and pans.

I have many great childhood memories in Sun Valley. I learned to ski in Sun Valley on Dollar Mtn., Ice skating at the lodge, and swimming in the creek behind our condo. We would take yearly family vacations to Sun Valley and I grew to love the area! I now take my family there and hope to create great childhood memories for my own children.
I believe this is the most beautiful location in Sun Valley and look forward to sharing it with our guests.

This property is unique and is all about its amazing LOCATION! Ski-in after a long day on the mountain. Enjoy the creek with incredible views of the ski mountain. Relax at the end of the day in the pool sized hot tub and watch the snow cats groom. Parking and transportation are just steps away from the front door. Come enjoy this winter wonderland and enjoy the sounds of the creek at night.

What makes this property unique

The slope side pool is jetted and kept at 103 degrees in the winter ( 75 in summer). Have a glass of wine while watching skiers, the World Cup in March, and snow cats at night. BBQ, fish, suntan, relax and view some of the world's best ski runs from your waterfront deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the mountain creek below your windows. Catch amazing sunsets from the guest bedroom.
