Welcome to Bama Bungalow!

This adorable home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can hold up to 8 guests. The home is only 1.1 miles from the stadium and there is a wonderful park for the kids to play at nearby. The living room has plenty of space to hang out with family and friends! Included in the living room are board games, perfect to play on a rainy day or when you need a break from Alabama's beautiful nature! The living room flows right into the dining room where everyone can sit and enjoy time together during a delicious meal made in the beautiful kitchen. Whether you want a cup of coffee, to cook out on the grill, or just a snack, Bama Bungalow is stocked with all you will need during your stay. The kitchen has everything you will need including: two coffee machines and a coffee starter set, grilling equipment, and every kitchen tool you could need for a perfect home-cooked meal! Outside there is an amazing fenced backyard green space and porch to sit and relax on as well as grill out!

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a king bed, desk for working, tv, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The next bedroom has two twin beds and a tv. The final bedroom has a queen bed and tv as well. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. In addition to the three bedrooms there is a futon in a second tv room that can be added to your reservation for a $50 fee per extra person.

* Pricing is set for 6 and the house can hold up to max of 8 guests. After 6 guests, it's $50 per person per night up to 8 people.*

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *

Feels like home

This property was perfect for graduation weekend. The location is perfect and the property was impeccably clean and equipped with much more than just the essentials. Would definitely stay again! The house is much more spacious than the photos look and the beds were really comfortable. Great WiFi and easily accessible.

The kitchen was well-appointed and perfect for our graduation get-together. Great location—close to campus and restaurants/stores. Excellent communication with property manager who addressed any questions we had throughout the stay.

Iron Bowl Thanksgiving

Everything was first class. The property manager was super attentive, and the house was exactly what you would want a southern home to feel like. We had a great time. It was definitely additive to the memories of the weekend.

Bama Grad Weekend

Clean property, good proximity to Coleman for graduation, pictures accurate, ample parking in rear of house, well decorated (tradtional aesthetic), 2 full baths, comfortable beds, safe place (auto locking entrance doors), some snacks provided (nice touch), and well appointed kitchen tools. Could use some larger coffee mugs, front porch cosmetic upgrades, but it delivers overall. Clean and comfortable and larger inside than it appears from outside. Good rental.

College parents weekend getaway

Bama graduation

Cute place within walking distance of Coleman coliseum. beds were comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, and everything worked as it should.

Roll Tide!

This house worked perfectly for our needs and the property management staff were responsive and helpful. It was clean, well appointed, and a good location relative to the campus and stadium. Only issue was the musty smell which presumably is a function of the house being closed up for days at a time. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Perfect size and great location.

Wonderful Place, Great Staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I never write reviews; I do read them however when considering where to rent. In this case I feel compelled to write my first review to give credit where credit is due. Kim and her staff saved our graduation trip from being a real disaster when our initial rental fell through 5 days before our trip. Kim really came thru and offered to rent this property to us which was not even on the rental list yet. Like many reading this review, I have rented many places, some good, some very bad. This property was AWESOME! First, the home was very clean, a must for me and the first thing I look at. We were 7 adults and were extremely comfortable in this home. I have never rented a property that was equipped with such NICE amenities like in this home. The kitchen was very well furnished, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, good quality cookware, and even a spice rack. There was even a grill basket filled with everything we needed to BBQ to go along with the brand-new gas grill on the back deck. There were extra garbage bags, sponges, dish soap and even laundry soap. Each bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels and had liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner in each shower. There were extra pillows, blankets and bed sheets. The house was extremely comfortable and homey. The rental staff was very polite and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property along with Kim and her staff to anyone wanting a nice place to stay. I just wish I had rented from Kim before my last visit to Tuscaloosa. Anyone renting this place please treat it with respect, Kim and her staff deserve good tenants. Thanks again Kim for making our stay pleasurable.
