A group of my friends and I came to Phoenix for the World Baseball Classic and called this place home/home-base for the duration! It was in a convenient location to downtown, quiet, clean, and communication with the host was easy and fast. We had a great time and would certainly stay again!
The home was lovely and situated in a really fun part of town with access to cafes and restaurants. My wife and I especially loved hanging out in the enclosed porch with bed swing. Our host was really responsive and helpful. Ambiance was a bonus!
This house was cute, the location was great, and the hosts were friendly and communicative. Couple notes- there was a big stain on the couch which was a little unbecoming. The beds are doubles, which we knew, but are definitely a tight squeeze for couples and not very comfortable. The house is two bedrooms with a jack and jill connecting bathroom- this was a bit awkward. Neither of the bathroom doors locked and there was no fan so you could hear everything that was happening in the bathroom in both bedrooms. The decor was cute, but definitely only the bare minimum in the house (three wine glasses, two forks, etc). There was a super cute coffee station with coffee pods and mugs, but all of the pods were decaf (felt like a cruel joke lol). Overall it got the job done and the location was great, but not the absolute most comfortable stay.
