About this property

Beautiful neutral tone home with plenty of space and near downtown Huntsville with lots of activities ! My favorite part the home is the walking distance to everything! I love all the nice bedrooms and the open kitchen! Stovehouse and Campus 805is walking distance!

🚨No sleeping on comforter sets
🚨No eating in bedrooms or living room that’s what the kitchen for and it keeps bugs out the house !!!!! No eating or drinking in rooms additional fee if i see it (150.00) we don’t want rats and bugs so it’s additional spray for pest control
🚨No going out the back door only for emergency and no back yard period due to renovation and business if caught on camera it’s a violation and you will be fined!!!!
🚨No Huntsville, Madison , surrounding area guest to book if I find out I will have the booking canceled
🚨No parties what so ever none !!!!!!
🚨No smoking of any kind that means cigarettes or weed and etc! If you caught smoking its a 350.00 fine respectfully you agree to pay it it will be billed to your card and reported you agree to this once booked ! Please respect all neighbors

The facility was spotless. Very clean and tidy. The beds were not comfortable for the guest. The accommodations for storing our belongings needed attention which the owner rectified once he thought about it. The owner was available to provide any additional assistance needed.

Awesome location

The house was decorated beautifully, and bed were very comfortable. I'd recommend changing the checkout time to 8:00 am.

Good location

The property was great for location. Seems like it has just recently been listed - Owner was quick to respond. A few issues - did not tell us about alarm or code - thankfully they could be texted and gave is that info. There were no glasses in the kitchen or hand towels in the bathroom - but that is an easy fix. All the rest of the supplies were great . The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattress and box spring were encased in plastic covers which was awful - although I appreciate the intent. The place is nicely decorated and TVs everywhere. A few changes and this place will be an absolutely great place to return to
