Welcome to the Leutasch Valley! We are glad that you have found your way to our picturesque place - your holiday can start right now!
Our chalet is a new building made of natural wood in alpine style. You have a house for yourself with a garden and separate access.
The house has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, a large living, cooking and dining area. In winter, they have a modern underfloor heating and a fireplace. In summer you can have a barbecue in your garden and admire the »Hohe Munde« at sunset.

The Leutaschtal is the right place for everyone seeking recreation away from mass tourism. In the summer, the Gaistal with its alpine paradise offers countless opportunities for bikers (with and without »E«) and hikers. In winter you can explore the valley on many kilometers of trails.

Ruhe und Genuss

Das moderne Holzhaus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen und der ideale Startpunkt für tägliche Aktivitäten. Die Gastgeber haben eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre geschaffen, die den Aufenthalt leider zu rasch vergehen lässt. Auch bei kleinen Rückfragen sind die Gastgeber sehr reaktiv, und so wird Gastfreundlichkeit auch fernmündlich spürbar. ;) Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal einen längeren Aufenthalt gebucht und werden dies auch wieder tun! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach.

Leider nicht angemessen ausgestattet

Das Häuschen ist hübsch, eher für vier als für sechs Personen geeignet. Allerdings mangelt es an einer dem Preis angemessenen Ausstattung: Es fehlen Wasserkocher und Toaster, es gibt keinen einzigen normal großen Kleiderschrank, sodass wir mit Koffern und Schuhen auf das dritte (glücklicherweise unbewohnte) Zimmer ausweichen mussten, auf dem Balkon sind nur zwei unbequeme Bänke und unten im Garten gab es keinen Liegestuhl, sondern nur ein ‚Zweier-Sofa’ und einen Sessel mit dünnen Kissen, die erst geliefert werden mussten. Kerzen oder nette Dekoration hätten auch nicht geschadet. Dem anspruchsvollen Preis insgesamt leider nicht entsprechend. Die Baustelle gegenüber hätte durchaus vorher auch Erwähnung finden können: Ab 7 Uhr störte der Lärm sehr.
