'Landseer 215'. The beautiful holiday house "Haus Landseer 215" is located in a quiet, maritime environment in Baabe on Rügen just a few steps from the sandy, flat and therefore child-friendly sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 6 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night.
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh), water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) and gas (0.98 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.
Pets can be booked for an additional charge.

We are pleased to offer families with pets not only opportunity to take their beloved comrades on vacation, we even wish it.

Our comfortable holiday home has an open kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. Adjacent are living room and open dining area. The three bedrooms invite you to dream. The bathroom with whirlpool and sauna on the ground floor, as well as a separate guest toilet on the upper floor complete the comfort. The terrace behind the house invites you to relax with patio furniture.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Insect screens on the windows are available.
Our parking is only 20 meters from the house.

During a holiday in our holiday home on the island of Rügen, your dog will get his money's worth. Rügen has beautiful nature and miles of beaches. Since your dog can let off steam on vacation to your heart's content. For example, you can start the day with a long walk with your dog, even trips with your dog, nothing stands in the way, so you can visit many attractions without any obstruction.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderbare Aufteilung und eignet sich für Gruppen oder Familien allein wegen der zwei Bäder sehr. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber (besenrein) übernommen.Ein wenig getrübt sind wir bei deutlich abgewohnten Armlehnen beider Sofas und einem rostigen Innenleben der Spülmaschine.Sauna und Whirlpool haben wir aufgrund zu weniger Zeit nicht nutzen können und dadurch auch nicht bewertet.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die ersten Tage war es sehr kühl. Der Kamin ist sehr von Vorteil. Leider hatten wir nur einen Parkplatz und die Parkgebühren sind schon sehr hoch. Dickere Bettdecken wären empfehlenswert. Sonst war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Lage sehr schön

Die Lage und das Haus sind sehr schön aber sehr sehr schmutzig. Schade das man das Haus so vernachlässigt! Um die Sauna zu benutzen mussten wir erst nachfragen dann hat es aber funktioniert. Kommunikation im Vorfeld wäre schön gewesen, schließlich muss man den Strom extra bezahlen.

Immer wieder gern

Ist nun schon der vierte Aufenthalt in einen dieser baugleichen Häuser. War auch wie immer sehr schön. Leider funktionierte der Wasserkocher nicht, was bei zwei leidenschaftlichen Teetrinkern sehr schade ist. Auch die Sauberkeit war dieses Mal nicht so wie es sonst immer war. Unter einem der Betten war im Obergeschoss noch Müll vom Vorgänger. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Trotzdem wieder gerne bis zum Nächsten e. Viele Grüße Fam. Kunath

Schöne Bleibe direkt am Strand

Schöne Unterkunft & schön gelegen - alles Wichtige zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Bungalow. Wlan für die Teen's, eine saubere Küche mit allem, was man braucht. War rundum (für das Wetter kann keiner) schöner & problemloser Urlaub.

Als erstes muss man sagen das es eine Top Lage war. Guter Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Aktivitäten und die Ostsee direkt vor der Tür. Ansonsten müssen wir bemängeln das das Haus und Geschirr nicht sauber war. Ebenso wurde es anscheinend auch nicht weitergegeben das wir Sonntags anreisen und einige Telefonate nötig waren. Einige Sachen wie Kleiderschrank und Türklinken funktionieren schlecht oder gar nicht. Balkontür haben wir gar nicht aufbekommen.

Ruhe im Januar

Organisatorisch hat alles Bestens geklappt und wir hatten einen ruhigen und sehr entspannten Urlaub in Haus Nr. 215. Das Haus war sauber und die Ausstattung absolut ausreichend. Unsere Hunde haben sich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Für den Winter muss man natürlich bedenken, dass die rein elekrtisch basierte Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung bei mehr als zwei Personen schnell die Kaution übertrifft. Trotzdem epfehlemswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur

Die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Häuschen genau wie beschrieben. Alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Natürlich ist nicht alles nagelneu. Aber das erwarte ich auch nicht. Es war alle vorhanden und sauber. Alles in hellen freundlichen Farben. Der Objektservice war jeden Tag zu sehen, falls mal etwas gebraucht wurde. Wir kommen gern wieder. Der gesamte Ort ist sehr Familienfreundlich und Hunde sind dort sehr gern gesehen. Leider gibt es "Zweibeiner". die der Meinung sind, dass entgegen der Regel, die Hunde frei laufen und das Geschäft ihrer Tiere NICHT eingesammelt werden muss. Aber das waren zum Glück nur Ausnahmen.
