On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with TV, DVD, stereo CD system. A fireplace is available for the cozy get-together in the cold season.
The open and high-quality fitted kitchen fully equipped - stove / oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and all accessories, from the apple peeler to the juicer.
Next to it are the bright bathroom with walk-in shower and the bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms have wide doors and are very well accessible for guests with mobility problems or wheelchairs. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and TV, the other with 2 single beds for the children. There is also a second toilet with a washing facility. Fitted wardrobes are available in the hallway for your clothes and laundry. All beds have high quality bed bases, as well as mattresses, and are equipped with pillows 80x40, 80x80 and blankets.
Additional features include: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes rack.
For the little ones we have: child safety gates on the ground and first floor at the stairs

On the southwest side is a large sun terrace. For the North Sea feeling it offers generous space with 25 square meters for table and chairs, loungers, a barbecue, a 3-meter parasol and a beach chair. The large lawn is ideal for sunbathing or romping.

The house is allergy friendly.
We attach great importance to the cleanliness in our house!
