Welcome to a Specious and Charming Family Home In Highland UT. This house is in a close range to Shopping, Hospitals, Hiking Trails, Ski Resorts and Silicone Slopes. Three separate large bedrooms with new Memory Foam Mattresses offer comfortable sleep for total of six people . These three bedrooms are located on the level floor. Additional sleeping area is available in the basement with One King size Bed, One twin size bed and One couch. Two living common areas, one with large seating area for Family Gatherings and the other separate living area with 5 people seating area. The front of the house offers Great View to the Mountain and a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many trails and only 25mi to Sundance Ski resort. There are 3 Smart TVs, wireless internet, washer and dryer. Nice and Cozy fire place and back yard with portable charcoal Grill. Two car garage and a overflow refrigerator.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS - Return moved items to original place - Take out trash to the Large bins outside of the House - Load dishes into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher
Monday morning is trash and recycle trash pick up, if your stays falls on this day, please roll both bins on the curb. - Turn off lights, and water - Put all dirty towels in the Laundry Machine
Make sure all windows are secured - Tightly lock all doors SAFE TRAVELS!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Make yourself at home and treat the K house as your own - Please avoid walking with shoes in the house Please NO SMOKING or Vaping indoor/garage
Please only use towels and bedding sheets that you need, we try to conserve water and electricity
Please use dining and kitchen area for all food and liquid consumption (avoid eating and drinking in the bedrooms)

Great experience at the K House!

Our family stayed here while visiting the area and enjoyed the space. It had everything we needed in the home and the views were beautiful! Great location and very quiet family friendly neighborhood. Will stay again next time we visit!

Comfy House in Alpine

This was a comfy rental as described in Alpine with lovely views out the front door and easy access to good places to eat! I stayed while in town for work and hope to be back!

The home was as advertised. It is the last home on the street for now, so it was very quiet. Friendly neighbors and nice area. The furniture is sufficient. Nothing fancy, but everything was functional and that is what we expected.

Perfect getaway

The owners were very accommodating and the property is beautiful with a stunning view. The house has everything you need for a short stay and there is plenty of space to spend time with loved ones. We highly recommend!

My family of 10 had a great experience in the home. We were in the area for a family reunion and needed some where close to stay. This home was perfect. We had an easy checkin and the home was clean and ready.

The house was exactly as described. Clean. Great neighborhood. Large enough to have a family gathering. The host was prompt with any questions we had and was quick to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Only room for improvement is the seating can become uncomfortable. It could be personal preference but the living room would be better with couches for people to sit and chat instead of utilitarian European seats.

Comfortable, Spacious, Clean and Neat

Stayed a week here with myself, my wife, our two tweens, and our dog. We also had relatives stop by at times to visit. We were all very comfortable, with so much space to spread out as needed. The only improvement we would recommend would be some more seating in the family/living space. Overall, it was a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

We bought this Home as a Vacation Home as we like to ski and hike. This area offers a unique combination of close proximity to the city and the benefit of multiple resorts in the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This home is located at the end of the street with a great view of the mountains. This is a very quiet and calm neighborhood. Main living area is on one level. Super easy access to/from SLC airport. In a close distance there are 7 ski resorts, walking trails in the neighborhood
