Hot Tub - Pool Table - Mtn. Views - Highland Haven

This rental space is the lower level of the house. This is a totally private walk-out basement with 9' ceilings and lots of windows. There is a separate entrance and locked doors separate the lower level from the main floor, where we live.

As you can see from our reviews, our guests love our rental! Relax in the hot tub, kick back on the patio with a bonfire or bbq, or curl up and watch a movie. This is the perfect space for families, friends or business travelers. Close to restaurants and shopping, we're located midway between Salt Lake and Provo. We are 5 mins from the Silicon Slopes/Thanksgiving Point business center; 30 mins from BYU or downtown SLC; and 40 mins from Snowbird, Alta, Sundance and Park City ski resorts.

Self check-in via a separate entrance with keyless entry.

Please note: Check with us if you intend to invite family or friends for a day or evening at the rental unit. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

This basement unit consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large family room. The family room has a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer in the space.

There is a TV area in the family room with 55" flatscreen, Apple TV, Youtube TV, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix.

There is space to park two cars. You will walk down about 12 steps to access the basement entrance in the back of the house.

Bedroom #1 is a larger bedroom with a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.

Pack ‘n Play available upon request.

The property worked well for our group of 5 adults and 3 small kids. The place was clean with comfy beds and room to spread out. Our two year old loved the play kitchen, and play structure outside!

The perfect place

We used this place to house our clinicians for a week as they were treating military members for various mental and physical health issues. It was the perfect place for them to relax and rest after a hard days work.

Highly Recommend!

This home was beautiful, sparkly clean with lots of fun extras like a pool table and fire pit. The owners are friendly and have thought of everything you can possibly need. Highly recommend this for families too because they have a wonderful backyard with a swing set and basketball court.

We really loved our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. And the hot tub was a great way to wind down in the evenings. Close to the hustle and bustle of the valley, but very quiet neighborhood.

Thanksgiving family

Very nice! They left a box of Crumble Cookies on table for a sweet greeting! We saw a family of deer in the backyard the first night. Kids thought Santa would come! Hot tub was nice! Good experience!

Fantastic find in the foothills

This spotless and beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home was just what we needed for our family visit. Entry was easy with a keypad--no keys to lose track of. The beds were very comfortable. One bedroom has no windows, but this was not a problem. High shower head always appreciated by tall people. Lisa and Jeff were very friendly and accommodating. The home was stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, waters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, other personal care items. There was even ice cream in the freezer to welcome us! There was firewood and sticks for roasting marshmallows. This rental has been furnished and stocked with TLC! Thank you, Jeff and Lisa!

Long Weekend with Family

Great home in Highland. Huge backyard with basketball and a playground for our little one to play. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Awesome little play room, hot tub, and pool table. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and hang out. Very convenient to both Utah and Salt Lake counties for shopping and entertainment (and the main road has a commuter lane that bypasses all the stoplights from the neighborhood all the way to highway). Decent restaurants close by. Only qualm was the limited and tight parking; we had three vehicles so we had to park one of them 10 minutes away at the I15 park-n-ride. But we just had to plan a little bit at the end of the day to get a car dropped off before heading back to the house.

Family wedding

Lisa was so perfect to work with. Nicest lady. The home was ideal for three couples and to come together and actually stay and hang out. Also there were all the small things that the owners did that were so sweet that made us feel more welcome. Fresh cookies, toiletries in case you forget, these little chapsticks. The guys loved! 💜. I could go on and on.. We will go back if we are here again. Thank you again 💜

Excellent Vacation Stay!

Lisa and Jeff were very kind and welcoming! We were greeted with yummy cookies, very thoughtful after a long drive with an infant! Our entire stay was super restful and had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed having a picnic in the yard, deer visit a couple times, shooting hoops, and evenings in the hot tub. Also enjoyed reading outside in the morning with the sound of the waterfall in the background. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate going back!

Great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Utah on our road trip. We had space to spread out, laundry machines to catch up on laundry, and the kids loved the play space in the backyard. The space had everything we needed and then some. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Above and Beyond

We really enjoyed our time at Jeff and Lisa’s property. It was clean, spacious beautifully decorated and so comfortable! My 3 children really enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, movie selection, play room and games. They even provided fresh cookies for our arrival! Check in was very easy with exact directions and pictures provided for everything. A full size washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets were appreciated after a week of hotel stays. The sheets were soft, the towels were fluffy, and it was nice and cool in the summer heat. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with a fountain, grassy yard, basketball hoop, playground, and lots of outdoor play equipment. What a perfect setting! We highly recommend this property.
