-Open parking (not carports) We will not reimburse any parking or towing fees! Please do not park illegally! -We have a security camera on the front door, that records 24/7… for security and safety. Do not tamper with the doorbell camera; if the doorbell camera is removed or tapered with, a fee of $250 will be accessed, plus any damages to the equipment.
-If you have to be removed from the property for any reason, a service fee of $150 applies, in addition to any other fees.

If extra guests, who are not listed on your reservation stay overnight, the reservation will be updated and you will be charged accordingly.
