Eingangsbereich sehr schmutzig. Haustür nicht abschließbar. Briefkasten verrostet. Badezimmermöbel abgenutzt. Terrassentür läßt sich nicht richtig verschliessen. Oberes Schlafzimmer ohne Nachtischlammpen. Sämtliche Fenster nicht geputzt. Viele Flecken an den Wänden.Fazit: Eine umfaßende Renovierung ist notwendig.

Von dem Betreuer vor Ort wurden wir nett empfangen

Von dem Betreuer vor Ort wurden wir nett empfangen. Das (saubere) Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Prospekte und Infomaterial über Boltenhagen liegen aus. Von der Terrasse, bzw. dem Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen weiten Blick ins pure Grün (Naturschutzgebiet Haffbruch). Wie in der Beschreibung geschildert, läuft man etwa 800 Meter zum Strand. Von dort aus sind es dann nochmal etwa 1000 Meter zur Seebrücke. Direkt am Meer entlang, wunderschön! Wenn man aber keine Lust hat zu laufen, kann man sich im Ort Räder mieten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Wir (Paar, 53/59) haben uns wohlgefühlt, sind erholt und entspannt und kommen sicherlich mal wieder.
