Schöne Wohnung in super zentraler Lage

Wir waren positiv überrascht, wie schön und zentral die Wohnung in echt ist. Supermärkte, Einkaufsstraßen und Restaurants sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe und super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle, von wo man die Ausflugsziele erreichen kann, ist ca. 5 min entfernt. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wundervoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Es war einfach nur wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist total gemütlich eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass mitgedacht wurde. Haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hierher kommen!!!

Familienurlaub in Berchtesgaden

Einmal im Jahr machen wir nach Möglichkeit eine Woche Familien-Urlaub mit unseren Eltern, die mittlerweile auf die 80 Jahre zugehen. Mit diesem Apartment hatten wir etwas gefunden was unseren Vorstellungen entsprach (min. 2 Zimmer und zwei Bäder, ohne Aufzug nicht höher als zweite Etage). Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, verfügt zudem außer den zwei Schlafzimmern noch über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Tisch an dem man gut gemeinsam essen kann. Die kleine Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt auch über einen Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Fußgängerzone fußläufig in 5-10 min zu erreichen, dort kann man auch alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs einkaufen und den Bus erreichen. Die Übergabe/Rückgabe wird von der Wohnungsmanagerin souverän und schnell erledigt, alles klappte hervorragend. Ingesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr genossen.

Location is “GREAT“ Apartment is modern (bathrooms are a bit different for US standards but not a big issue. There is everything you need for your stay and more Wonderful warm people Our first day was hot and humid but the apartment stayed cool!!

Die Ferienwohnung erwartete uns genau so, wie sie beschrieben war. Neben der Ausstattung (ein besonders Lob für die liebevolle Deko und für die Watzmannpralinen zum Empfang!) wussten wir vor allem die Lage zu schätzen: Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur Innenstadt von Berchtesgaden und zu diversen Wanderwegen. Dass die Nachbarn im Haus manchmal hörbar sind, ist aus unserer Sicht einfach ein typisches Phänomen eines Mehrparteienhauses. Es hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
