Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Sunset Ridge. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Large master bedroom with a garden tub in the master bathroom. Bedroom #1 comes with a king bed with a 32' tv. Second bedroom comes with a king bed and a 32' tv. Third and fourth bedrooms come with 2 twins bed each and the fifth bedroom comes with a bunk bed bottom full and top twin.
It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants!
Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Surveillance cameras on the entrance.
BBQ is additional fees.
No pool heat.
NO landline phone is provided
Parking policy:
*The cars need to be park in the same direction of the transit
*No car can block the sidewalks
*In some of them, you only can park in one way of the street.
*No cars allowed on the grass
