Beautiful 5 Bed 4 Bath 2 Storey Villa With Southwest Facing Pool

This property has an abundance of space & light for you to enjoy within the peaceful conservation setting of Watersong. It can comfortably sleep 12 people and there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people making this house a perfect choice for 2 or 3 families to share together. We modernised and upgraded various areas of the house in 2022 including new interior and extetior paint, new carpets, oven and microwave. New bedroom furniture was put in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. So all upstairs bedrooms have been given a full makeover since 2020. Meaning the rooms are even brighter and more comfortable for our guests.

The villa has flatscreen televisions in every room including all bedrooms! giving you the ability to watch cable tv even in the games room/garage! There is an XBox console, however guests will need to bring their own games to play

* An extensive kitchen dining area which is fully equiped including extra gadgets: coffee machine, electric grill, blender, electric tin opener. Dining table seats 10 and there are 4 bar stools, enabling all guests to dine together!

* A family lounge area with NEW flat screen TV

Fantastic stay!

Absolutely loved they stay here. We had 7 adults and 7 kids, not cramped at all very spacious! Management is very quick to respond and help if any issues. Would definitely recommend for large groups.

Great stay and location

The house had everything we needed for a long golfing weekend getaway. Plenty of space, multiple TV viewing areas, pool and hot tub, a gated community with a 15 to 20 minute drive to get to all the restaurants and stores. Owner was always prompt with responses from time of booking to follow up once we left. Planning to go back again for next years outing too.

House was outstanding. We have stayed in the Watersong development before and liked that this house was a little closer to the entrance. Beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space for our large group. House had all the amenities you could need and the management company thoughtfully left some of the basics to get us started so we did not have to make an immediate grocery store run. Pool was fantastic and got lots of use. The house is very convenient to grocery stores and only about 10 or 15 minutes from Disney. We were in town for a sports tournament at the Wide World of Sports and it was great to be able to come home and relax in the pool and grill out on the patio. The management company was also super accommodating. One of our party left a few things in the house and we were able to work out access after our check out to retrieve the items without issue. Hope we are able to stay in this house next year!

This spot is perfect for a large families! It’s about a 50 minute drive to the parks but it’s worth it. It’s really kid friendly, compared to other homes I was looking at.

Perfect holiday villa

The villa is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a perfect family holiday in Florida. The new bedroom furniture upstairs looks great. The amazing pool and spa and the games in the garage, meant that there was plenty to do even on our rest days from the theme parks. Elizabeth is a great host, always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Great Rental Home

The home was perfect! My family stayed for 8 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to swim in private. The kids loved the game room. We made one mistake on forgetting to request the hot tub to be heated, but the owner was quick and responsive to getting it turned on. Wonderful customer service. We have already recommended this rental to friends and family.

Fantastic time and well needed getaway during these challenging times

Thank you Elizabeth!! Home was very spacious and comfortable. Home has split level A/C units. When we arrived the 2nd floor unit wasn’t working. I immediately contacted the property manager. She was very courteous and apologetic. She had an A/C repairman our within the hour and the problem rectified within a couple of hours. It’s a beautiful community. We were able to bring bicycles up which allowed us to go riding and walking daily. We enjoyed the swimming pool and barbecue daily. A great staycation!!! A fantastic alternative to staying at a hotel with too many common areas during this difficult time in life!! Thanks again!!!

2020 Florida Escape

This home is extremely comfortable very accommodating. Proximity to all kinds of shopping areas,golf courses and the Disney theme parks is wonderful. We enjoyed the lifestyle the Lanai presented. Plenty of seating around the pool and spa. The table in the lanai was popular for a variety of meals. Used the outside grill multiple times in meal preparations. Kitchen was stocked with very nice appliances, dishes and silverware. It would have been nice to have a crock pot for slow cooking to limit the use of the oven in the house. The Watersong community is very guarded and made us feel safe at all times. We were fortunate to have family and friends visit us during our stay. They all loved it here. Looking forward to a repeat stay in 2021.

Christmas vacation 2019

Overall it was a great experience. There are a few minor upgrades that shouilf be considered to make it awesome such as the game room pool sticks and get the air hockey table working properly as it doesn't keeps score. Also the Tv's should be upgraded Smart Tv's. These are minor stuff and didn't detract to the great time we had. Would do it again!!! Loved the heated pool!!

Home from home

We spent 2 weeks here in July and we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The property is undergoing some upgrades and recent changes were noticeable, the new carpets were soft underfoot and the TVs and kitchen appliances were all new and it’s freshly painted throughout. The sofas in both of the reception rooms are really comfy and are much nicer than they look in the pictures. The outdoor furniture was high quality and the loungers were very comfy. It’s a south facing pool so gets the sun all day! We used the games room quite a few times too. The facilities were almost perfect. We found the accommodation fresh, clean, spacious and very well furnished and resourced for large groups. We felt quite greedy having it all to ourselves as a family of 5 - It could easily accommodate 2/3 families if you are looking to make a group booking. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and spacious. As some reviewers have said, we did find some beds uncomfortable - but the owner is in the middle of an upgrading program and these are on the list. I’m sure these will have been done soon. All communications with Elizabeth and her management company were excellent with friendly and prompt responses. Watersong is so well maintained and very clean, quiet and secure. My husband and eldest son walked up and used the gym most days. The clubhouse and pool are very quiet as most people use their own pools. We went to look at the neighbouring Providence complex out of curiosity - as I had looked at it online and thought it had better facilities due to having a restaurant / golf / pool slides etc. However - on seeing it in person - the site is far too big. The pool was not big at all, the restaurant is hardly ever open. I’d choose Watersong over it any day!! The resort is a little away from the theme parks and International Drive - it’s close to Davenport and Haines City. There’s plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 10 min drive, and there’s a new retail park being built v close to the resort which will have a Publix and other units within 3/5 mins drive - it should be open by next year I reckon. This will be perfect! Disney / Idrive is about 25-40 mins depending on traffic. It’s only about 10/15 mins to Championsgate / Four Corners area too, so there’s lots to choose from there. So in summary, if you’re looking at Tily’s right now - and it is available, then just book it :)

Great place for your Family

We had concerns with the initial process with all of the internet scams that happen these days. I don't write reviews often. I write this in hopes I could relieve anyone's concerns or reservations about the transaction with exchange rates, etc. Book it! It is legit and properly is as described.

Great Place to Stay

We absolutely loved the house. It was well-equipped, and it had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and game room were wonderful to help entertain everyone in between trips. The location was perfect for us as we went to Universal Studios, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona Beach while there. The only suggestion I have is to purchase new mattresses or add a mattress topper to the queen beds as they are very firm. We would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home with lots of space and fantastic hostess

We arrived with 12 people (7 kids!) and there was lots of room for all of us. The pool was great for the kids and there were TV's in all the rooms with movies and on demand to keep the kids occupied at night - they also really enjoyed the games room. There were enough towels for the 12 of us, but I recommend bringing extra so you're not always drying them if you're in the pool a lot. There are coffee filters for days, as it seems that everyone buys them and then leaves them when they go - which is great for a coffee lover like myself. Plenty of restaurants are close - they're also building a new Publix within 3 minutes from the house. Gated community feels quite safe. The i4 is quite busy in the morning and even the evening so if you're planning Disney be prepared for 30- 40 minutes on the road. Universal is about 45 - Kissimmee is quite close and there is plenty to do there as well. We had a couple quite minor comments for the owner and they were taken care of at a speed that was so fast it caught us off guard. My only suggestion for the property would be to make sure that garbage bags and toilet paper is stocked, as with 12 people we ran out quickly - but we left a box of garbage bags there to help. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much and made some wonderful memories!

Lovely area, practical house and nice hostess

The house was lovely and very functional for us even we had 13 people! Watersong area was very peaceful and pretty. The water in the pool was at the beginning cold even we had paid of it. Luckily we had three weeks vacation, so after contacting the hostess we got it warm and enjoyed the pool area! Some more pans or bowls would have been nice, but it didn’t bother too much. Little Christmas tree at the house was also very nice surprise for us. The hostess was very nice and helpful all the time and we are very pleased to have possible to stay at the house and spent holidays at Tigerlily in Watersong area.

Awesome Property

We had a excellent time, house was beautiful and really spacious. We did have a couple of issues, the microwave didn't work, the flies were horrible in all the trash receptacles. The home doesn't have enough trash receptacles for a large family at all. Other than those few items, we had a excellent time and would certainly come back again. Thanks again

Worn Out/Dated. Green Pool. Terrible Mattresses. Lacking Basic Cooking Supplies.

This house looks nice in the photos, but the reality is that the carpets and furniture are worn-out and have ground-in dirt. The house was superficially clean, but everything in it is stained. Cheap mattresses on all the beds, but absolutely terrible on the twin beds. Pool was green when we arrived (although our complaint to management was addressed later in the day) and we lost out on swimming for two days. Patio chair cushions covered in mold. No mixing bowls or tupperware or measuring spoons etc. No coffee filters or salt or pepper. Poorly equipped kitchen. Broken microwave. We will not be back. Very disappointing!!!! We have stayed in Watersong on 3 other occasions and have always given 5-star reviews.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. We had lots of room and it was at a great location for when we went to Disney. I would suggest that maybe there could be a few more pans and lids. We decided to make a seafood boil and there was not a pan. We had to go out and buy one for ourselves. The only problem I would say that we had with the house was when we arrived the internet was not connecting. I waited until Monday morning to call the realtor. She told me she would check and get back to me. She never called. So, we decided to look at the internet connections ourselves and found out the plug was in the wrong place. So we fixed it ourselves. I was very disappointed with the realtor because we had 3 days of no internet. We had work that needed to be done. Besides that, we really enjoyed your home. Thank you.

Awesome stay at this beautiful property

We booked this property last minute and everything was smooth from start to finish. Our kids were competing at the ESPN complex which was within 20 minutes from the house. There was plenty of space to accomadate our group. The house was tastefully decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will book again in the future for our next trip to Florida !

Tilly's is a wonderful villa that is close to everything you could want. Home is well appointed, nicely decorated and has plenty of dishware for a large family. Management company was one of the best ones we have ever dealt with. Visit every morning by the resident sand hill cranes. Only thing that would make it better is privacy screening/fencing between pools,
