The holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, two with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Facilities include satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair. The stand-out highlight is the outdoor area with several covered terraces, a barbecue and a 32 m² private pool (depth: 0.9 m - 2.10 m). Restaurants and shops in Campanet are 3 minutes away by car; the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia are about 25 minutes by car.

The accommodation was excellent, great location for visiting all of Majorca.

The finca provided everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The out door space was exceptional providing a relaxing environment for all. The finca is really well located to explore the whole island.

Pros: Very clean and spaceful villa. Good communication with owner. Owner is very helpful and kind Cons: You need to have a car to visit the city central of campanet. You can walk, but need to walk on side of the road

Pros: The outside area is very beautiful, we felt like in a Moroccan Oasis, also the mountain views were very nice. Cons: The beds and sofas should be replaced. We weren't really able to sleep due to the beds, but also mosquitoes and the closeness to the street. Whenever cars pass they honk right into your ear at night (the window of one room is right at the street). If you can deal with that and bring enough mosquito repellent, you'll be fine. On another note, some towels in the bathroom would be nice, too.

Family Holiday

The villa was as described on the web site. The location provides access to beaches and places of interest. However, anyone booking this accommodation must be aware that the villa is quite isolated. We cut short our stay because towards the end of our holiday we returned from an afternoon our to find that the villa had been broken into and property had been stolen. There was no sign of a break in and we concluded that the thieves must have had access to keys. The property owner expressed his concern but as the check in process involved finding the keys hanging on the cactus by the front door, we concluded that security and the safety of the clients had not been a priority. The local police station was closed and, as we were too afraid to remain in the property we changed our flights and came home.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced an unpleasant incident during your stay and appreciate this was unsettling. We have spoken with Sanjeev and understand that he advised that it was necessary to report such incidents to the Guarda Civil and not the local police, as this is the correct procedure in Spain, but that you chose not to pursue the issue. Immediately following the incident, all the locks and keys of the house were replaced and the key handover procedure has been changed. Wunderschöne Finca

Sehr schöne und saubere Finca, mit tollem Pool und Innenhof. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Sehr gemütlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz Hitzewelle genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Nachteil: Keine Klimaanlage oder Deckenlüfter in den Schlafräumen. Mehrere Ventilatoren vor Ort (aber mit unterschiedlicher Qualität). Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt und müssten erneuert werden. Lage an einer Straßenverengung, so dass vorbeifahrende Autos andauernd hupen. Das Fenster kann dadurch nicht geöffnet werden.

Traditional wooden furniture does tend to move as it is used and is often regarded as charming. We do ensure that the amenities are in very good condition. The property does not have air conditioning and is not listed as having, for this reason, we provide fans. Should anything not be in working order we will act as soon as possible to rectify the situation when we are made aware of this. The driving habits of some road users can be intrusive at times and we hope this did not inconvenience you too much, we are delighted that overall you enjoyed your stay. Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber zu laut.

Pros: Gut gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Finca. Die Schlafzimmeraufteiling fanden wir gut und auch keine Hochbetten bei Belegung für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist groß und hat viel Stauplätze für die Getränke und Wasserflaschen. Außenbereich ist alles im kleinen Bereich gut aufgeteilt. Liegen am Pool sind gut erhalten. Cons: Die Finca liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, die sich direkt an der Finca in einer engen Kurve befindet. Dadurch wird ständig, sowohl von früh morgens bis spät abends gehupt. Dadurch ist es für die beiden unten liegenden Schlafzimmern schwer bei dem gehupe zu schlafen. Die Verständigung des Vermieters telefonisch ist schwierig. Deutsch kann er gar nicht und englisch ist auch nicht wirklich einfach mit ihm. Er kam nicht mal vorbei, um die Kaution abzuholen. Die Touristgebühren sollten wir am letzten Tag auf den Küchentisch legen. Verständigung ging besser über E-Mail. Der Poolboy kam stets ohne Anmeldung einfach auf das Grundstück. Dadurch kann es schon mal passieren, dass dies unangenehme Begegnungen gibt (freizügige Bekleidung am Pool oder Finca).

Pros: Van de check-in tot het vertrek was het helemaal geweldig. Een prachtig huis met een grote tuin en een soort binnenplaats met behoorlijk groot zwembad. Een volledig overdekt terras aan de keuken, die zelf ook ruim en goed voorzien is. En verder hier en daar zitjes, ligbedjes en parasols, die allemaal goed te verplaatsen zijn. De ontvangst was allerhartelijkst. Cons: Het enige nadeel van deze locatie is een plaatselijk weggetje, dat Campanet met een nabij gelegen plaatsje verbindt, en waar juist 's morgens en aan het eind van de middag veel gebruik van gemaakt wordt. Het zicht is niet erg goed daar, en de weg is smal, dus de claxon wordt niet gespaard.
