Very quiet apartment with large balcony, high-speed Wi-Fi, the subway 2 min.
At your doorstep, the Olympia Park with extensive green spaces, the Olympic Stadium, the futuristic BMW World begins.
You can go jogging, relaxing at the lake, enjoy the wonderful Munich beer in the beer garden, looking from the Olympic Tower to the Alps and experience even on the top of the Olympic Tower in Restaurant 181 in a star chef culinary delights. The subway is reachable in 2 minutes on foot and takes you in 5 minutes to Schwabing, within 10 minutes from the Marienplatz square and in 15 minutes directly to the Oktoberfest (Theresienwiese). The exhibition center is also optimal with the subway.
The infrastructure is perfect: supermarket, restaurants, pubs, doctors / pharmacists and bakers, banks and the post office - here you will find everything for your daily needs in just a few steps away.
The brightness and openness of the apartment will delight you immediately. The living area as well as the bedrooms are connected by floor to ceiling glass doors to the running along to the apartment balcony - wonderful to sit here and enjoy. The apartment is facing the park and is not disturbed by any road, dream of an apartment in the big city. It is geared for 1-2 guests.

The perfect location for us! Close to public transit which made getting to and from Oktoberfest and other destinations a breeze! Space was super clean, and well stocked with all the essentials! The bed was SO comfy!! We absolutely loved our stay here!

Superb Experience

We loved our stay here. Elena met us at the beginning and was very warm and welcoming. We had all that we needed for our stay and it was a wonderfully appointed property. We can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

The entire apartment was very nicely appointed and high quality. The rooms were large. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.It was easy to get to the Munich transit and to a grocery store. In building laundry was convenient. The view across the city to the Alps was beautiful.

Great Place for a Munich Trip!

Very very happy with this booking! We had an amazing trip and Jasmin was very detailed and communicative and Elena was very sweet and helpful! The location is wonderful for getting around Munich and made it very easy to get to and from Oktoberfest!

Finishing up our trip to Bavaria

We had a great stay. We were greeted on our arrival by Elena who gave us wonderful information about everything. The apartment was well stocked. It had enough space for the two of us. The area had places you could buy groceries or pick up meals. It was a few minutes to walk to the subway and within a short time you were in Downtown Munich. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

Highly recommended in Munich

Spotless apt, less than 5 min walk from the UBahn station and less than 20-25 min from anything we wanted to go to in Munich (Marianplatz, Oktoberfest, even a movie theater). Grocery and restaurants on site. Great balcony with an open view we enjoyed our nightcaps. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable bed. We unfortunately missed our flight so were late arriving and the host and the caretaker were responsive and incredibly helpful and made our vacation start off on a great note!

We were there for 2 nights at the start of Euro 24. Football result aside our stay was excellent. Communications prior to visit were clear. Elena was waiting for us at the underground, despite our delayed arrival, to escort us to the apartment, she was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is great, everything we needed, nice balcony with view towards Olympic Park, really handy for transport and local shops.

Close to all stores restaurants U ban

Elena was very helpful, unit was equipped with everything needed, the grocery store is literally down stairs as are several store front food places with non-traditional German food options, bakery and the ice cream/ gelato place was open until 9:00 pm! Very short walk to S and U ban, taxi’s also respond quickly. We cooked and ate out, laundry room did need coins but easy to figure out, Again, Elena was so friendly, helpful and helped us with advice when we got stuck in Munich city center as they unexpectedly closed our U ban due to a celebration in the city. Would stay again. Also, the Olympic Park was green, beautiful park like setting. if you walk short distance can see memorial for 1972 Olympic Hostages from Israel killed, sad, moving. Great Verbo option, stayed 11 days.

A Feel of Munich

First, this was the most available and in person communication I've experienced in a long time and was incredibly helpful in finding the apartment and getting checked in. Elena, in particular, was just wonderful. The apartment was great - the furniture and bed were comfortable; the kitchen was nicely stocked, the induction stove was fun to use, and the Nespresso was special touch; the shower was roomy with a lovely rainhead, good water pressure, but no place to put shampoo bottles; the balcony was beautiful with a place to sit and enjoy the view and activity below. It was fun to be in a community with the shopping and dining areas below, the kids playing, teens hanging out, and the U-Bahn in short walking distance. We also easily walked to BMW WELT. Overall, this is a good location, very comfortable for 2 people, lots of amenities, and attentive owners and we would stay here again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden von U-Bahn Station abgeholt und zur Ferienwohnung geleitet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung lässt kein Wunsch mehr offen. Die Lage ist grandios. Wenn wir wieder nach München kommen, dann nur hierher. Liebe Grüße

Nach 51 Jahren wieder zu Hause

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung im Olydorf ist traumhaft gewesen. Es hat in dieser, von uns mit 1,000 Sternen vergebenen Wohnung, an nichts gefehlt. EDEKA, Sparkasse, Barbers und viele tolle Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür. Blick auf das Olympiastadion und Blick auf meine Wohnung im Studentendorf (1973-1974) hätten beinahe dazu geführt, dass ich die Wohnung besetze und nie mehr verlasse.Frau Jasmin Seeberger und Frau Elena Heckel haben uns einzigartig betreut, noch einmal, vielen Dank!!WIR KOMMEN WIEDER
