Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located one bedroom guest house offering a queen size bed, perfect for one or two guests max. Our guest house is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful, comfortable place to stay while working in the area, visiting family, attending local events, or traveling through South Mississippi. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, private, and safe environment; however, NO CHILDREN & NO PETS ALLOWED! Features a full kitchen with oven/stove, as well as a microwave, and small countertop area with two bar stools. Small sofa/seating in living area with a recliner also. One bathroom with walk-in ceramic tile shower with bench seating. Table for 2 outside door for guests use. POOL is not for guests, as well as loungers, grills/fire pit and are Private only for owners! Parties, unauthorized guests, and visitors are prohibited, and will result in fines or immediate eviction! While our property provides a comfortable overnight or short-term stay, it is not designed as a resort, vacation destination, or gathering venue. For the privacy & security of our family & guests, access to the property is permitted only after a reservation has been approved & check-in instructions have been provided. Please do not come to the property before receiving confirmation. Waynesboro Trip

A trip home

My wife had to make a trip back home and found this listing. It was absolutely perfect. The host Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate and make the stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend that if you are in the area and need a place to stay that you can not go wrong with this place

Quiet oasis

Just what my husband and I needed. We needed somewhere for an overnight stay and this was perfect. The space was very well equipped. We also loved sitting out in the outdoor kitchen space. The sound of the water and watching the birds made it so peaceful. I have to say that personally I loved all the flowers. We will definitely stay here again if need someplace in this area.

Cute house in fabulous neighborhood

The guest house was so cute. It is in the best little neighborhood, in a cute little town. The host that live in the main house are great host, but they respect your privacy and stay out of your way too. Couldn’t ask for more. Beats any other options for lodging in this small town if you have any reason to stay in Waynesboro. Would make a nice get away for a random secluded vacation too!

Why they chose this property

This guest house is the perfect choice for someone passing through the Waynesboro area and would like a “clean” place to stay. Waynesboro hotels are less than desirable! The location is conveniently located in the heart of town in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood less than one mile from restaurants, Walmart, hospital, etc.
This is a smoke free property! No alcohol or drugs allowed! No children or pets allowed! Adults only over 21! No parties, unauthorized guests, or unbooked visitors. This will result in fines and immediate eviction!! No use of pool or pool area allowed!

What makes this property unique

Free parking, Free Wi-Fi are available throughout your stay. Quiet neighborhood located less than a mile from downtown to eateries, Walmart, hospital etc. POOL, loungers and grills/fire pit are private and not for guests use. Table for 2 outside door is for guests use.
