New, very nice and pleasantly quiet apartment in the center of the wine growing and national park community Illmitz with its many sports, nature and leisure options. Only 15 minutes to the St. Martin Therme.
The apartment, fully furnished with attention to detail, offers enough space for you, plus the incomparable central location. Quiet and yet just a stone's throw from the center of the gift.
Perfect room layout, exquisite materials and equipment - everything the discerning guest appreciates. The living room with a very comfortable sofa and large flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped - stove with oven, fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Natural wood floors, a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure pleasant warmth and a living atmosphere.
Settings for car, bicycles or other sports equipment.
An additional highlight is the sunny and very quiet original Burgenland courtyard with its many fruit trees, oleanders and vines - where you can enjoy the mild summer nights with a good glass of wine from the Gangl winery.
