Escape to our inviting 650 sqft attached guest cabin, nestled amidst the serene forest. This cozy retreat features a spacious mixed use bedroom with living area seamlessly connected to a remodeled kitchenette, offering a perfect space for dining, and relaxing. Surrounded by windows, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the treetops and the visiting wildlife, including deer and turkeys.

Furnished with a 2 comfortable futons, the living area invites you to unwind with a good book, play board games, or simply soak in the peaceful ambiance. Step out onto the deck to enjoy outdoor seating, fresh air, and nature's beauty.

The cabin offers two separate sleeping areas for your convenience. The main bedroom features a queen bed and a futon, while a smaller room combines a sleeping nook with a functional kitchenette and dining area. Perfect for a small family or a couple’s retreat, this charming space provides all the essentials for a memorable stay.

Whether you're hiking in the surrounding woods, enjoying the deck, or cozying up indoors, this guest cabin is the perfect getaway year-round!

The charming private cabin shares a wall with the main house. It has its own entrance and convenient parking. Separated from the main house by a full length hallway which is your private entrance and laundry rooms. The Cabin guests can't access the Main Home nor the Main Home residents (me) access the cabin space. The space feels like your own private apartment next door.

This was such a lovely surprise, it was behind a locked gate. Since we have never been in the area, this was a bonus to making us feel comfortable. Very peaceful and even a deèr walking through the property. Amenities were amazing. Looking forward to another stay in the future. Thank you so much..

Summer visit

The property is rustic on the outside but the living area is nice inside. The house is air conditioned with split units that cooled the house well even with 100 degree weather during our stay. The house is large, we stayed with our 3 adult children and were able to each have a room.

Rogue River Retreat

This chalet retreat near the Rogue River was a perfect respite for some awfully tired mountain pass cruising road warriors. Had a great supper at Baldini's just down the road.The chalet itself was perfect for what we needed. Wifi worked good, but the highlight of the stay was the bed. We have been on the road for two weeks, and this was the most comfortable bed we had slept in. It was sorely needed and we awoke refreshed and ready for the next day's travel.Very quiet and saw some deer 25 feet away sunning themselves and using their large ears to swat insects away. Note: walk quietly and you will more than likely see deer too.We would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet, natural place to stay when in the area.

Wonderful Property

My only complaint with this wonderful house is around the kitchen. There are minimal utensils and cutlery and doing dishes was a bit of a challenge. The dishwasher is out of order, which is fine, but there was no dish rack to place dishes once washed and rinsed. Additionally, the sink stopper wouldn’t actually stop the drain; it simply caught large debris as it drained. The only way to wash dishes was to put a dab of soap on each dish and wash under running water. This proved to be wasteful on water and on dish soap. The small bottle of dish soap was nearly complete consumed in the two or three days we were there. These are very minor issues and can be easily corrected. I would definitely stay here again in the future, but I might bring my own knives and dish soap. Almost daily, you see an abundance of wildlife including deer and turkeys. None of them really cared you were there, so you really got to enjoy their visit.

There are 4 drawers full of utensils. As for knives there are 8 steak knives and 4 more knives for various chopping. There is a white/gray collapsible dish rack in the cupboard. There are 2 large dispensers of dish soap on the counter and extra bottles under the sink. As for a sink stopper we will take your suggestion into consideration and add it to the kitchen inventory. This was a great place to stay for my Brother and I it was very close to Merlin for fuel and food. The location was perfect. In a wooded area where you could feel the great atmosphere of Oregon. The place was spotless and the bathroom was big enough to actually move around with a step in shower,nicely done! Oh and double sinks for all to spread out. Beds were very comfortable,too! I can’t say enough about Margaret she was so accommodating and helped with all my questions.

Great vacation house

We had a great time. We had 4 adults and 6 kids from 4-17. There was plenty of space inside and outside for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen came with most everything we needed to accommodate everyone. The seating area on the porch was probably one of our favorites. Overall, we were all happy with what this house had to offer.

Summer Road Trip to Oregon

The house was just what we needed at the tail end of a 6 day camping/rafting trip. With 4 boys between 8 - 11 years old, the house was more than enough to help us get clean, spend some time apart and allow us to eat as a large group (7 total). We would definitely use this property again if in the area.

This is a very new Property and well maintained. Very calm and beautiful location. Equal distance to Crater lake national park and redwood national park makes this ideal place for a long stay. I really recommend this and the owner was very supportive too. Thank you.
