Directly on the beach of Cala Millor in the house SA MANIGA this new, modern and high quality furnished apartment in the 3 floor. Special feature is the almost all day, sunny, quite spacious balcony due to the location of the apartment. Completely furnished with sofa bed (140 x 200) in the living room with TV and all programs. In the bedroom you have direct sea view when you are in bed. Living room and bedroom have fly screens and electric. Shutters. A great sunny, tastefully decorated apartment. Private parking can be booked separately. A few steps and you are on the beach. Perfect location
Final cleaning 70 euros and is payable on arrival in cash.

Cala Millor in February

Whilst the town itself is hibernating in February, I enjoyed the lack of masses of people. The apartment was perfekt for my stay. Kitchen had everything I needed, heating and shower worked nicely and grocery shopping is around the corner. Apartment was nicely decorated and the lights provided a cozy feeling. The view is spectacular!! Even from the bed. And it was very quiet as well. Me happy 😀!

Great Apartment. Poor Communication by Host

Positives; Nice Apartment, quiet location, near the beach, nice resort, clean, good internet. We had to ring Thomas on arrival, messaging would have been easier and cheaper. It was late when we arrived and there were no provisions in the apartment, water would have been nice as we were tired and dehydrated. The next morning he arrived to take the fee due on arrival. We didn’t get a receipt for this which I find odd. I reported the air-con failed on Saturday and the shower was leaking. They were repaired Monday but communication was poor with Thomas not responding to messages. I rang him. He was in Germany but promised to come to see us 9:30am Monday. He did not arrive so we left at 10am. He never explained why he didn’t keep his appointment. I was annoyed he hadn’t contacted us and I decided to ask for €120 compensation for the 3 days the air con was broken. I did this to see if communication would improve. It did but Thomas became argumentative. He accused me of lying! Thomas informed us that the air-con is the responsibility of the apartment block and not in his control. I understand this and if he had visited us as promised I would have been ok. Thomas is not professional in the way he deals with complaints. When you press him he gets belligerent. He completely refused any compensation. I think Thomas should put some instructions in English in the apartment to make his U.K. guests feel more welcome.

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit direktem Meerblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment, bei dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Selbst einen Parkplatz hat man entweder direkt in der Straße gefunden, oder 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere späte Anreise war überhaupt kein Problem und wurde unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox gelöst.

Es ist ein super schönes kleines Apartment direkt am Strand. Beim Frühstück hat man auf den Balkon besten Meerblick im Sonnenschein. Sauber war auch alles. In der Nähe sind Restaurants und direkt ein Spar Markt. Parkplätze sind viele vorhanden. Die Shoppingmeile ist auch in der Nähe, falls es regnen sollte. Porto Cristo, Cala Ratjada ist auch schnell mit Auto erreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super gepflegte und saubere Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung und schöner Lage direkt an der autofreien Promenade, 5 Gehminuten entweder zum Zentrum oder zu einem Naturschutzgebiet, je nach Lust und Laune. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung, sehr bequeme Betten, Fliegengitter und Fernbedienungen für die Rollläden. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man bei einem Kurzaufenthalt nicht alles kaufen muss, und es gibt sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Großzügige Anreiseregelung. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Ein gut ausgestattetes und modern eingerichtetes Appartment in einer wirklich sehr schönen Lage nur durch die Strandpromenade vom Meer getrennt. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf das Mittelmeer vor allem mit beeindruckenden Sonnenaufgängen. Der check-in und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Thomas Muser waren perfekt. Schöne Wohnung und super Lage

Wir haben zu dritt tolle 8 Tage dort verbracht. Alles lief problemlos. Thomas hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Zwei Klimaanlagen für Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Promenade ist eine Straße weiter und somit war es Abends schön ruhig. Dennoch konnte man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Getümmel sein. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einfache Ansprüche

Cala Millor versprüht den Charme großer Bettenburgen aus den 70er Jahren mit eher einfacher Gastronomie. Die Wohnung hingegen bietet einen wundervollen direkten Meerblick vom großzügigen Balkon sowie dem Schlafzimmer aus. Sie ist funktional eingerichtet. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt wären einfache Haushaltsartikel wie Müllbeutel oder Handseife nützlich gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief durchwachsen: Im Vorwege der Reise gab es auf Nachrichten teilweise keine Rückmeldung und als es zu einer Verspätung beim Check-In kam, war die Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters nicht sonderlich gastfreundlich. Während des Check-Ins selber war es dann aber ok.

Die Wohnung war super gelegen, eher ruhiger. Der Sonnenaufgang ist der Wahnsinn. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine ist eine Filtermaschine, eine Kapselmaschine wäre wünschenswert sowie ein paar Standartkräuter und Standartlebensmittel in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist super für einen unabhängigen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt super.

Schöne Wohnung für Erholungsurlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung in Cala Millor. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Auch die Lage ist perfekt - top Ausblick, tagsüber kann man sich super entspannen und abends lädt die Umgebung mit vielen Lokalen und Bars ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls mehr als genug. Würden wir nochmal nach Cala Millor reisen, wird es mit Sicherheit wieder diese Wohnung :-).
