very close to kennedy park, restaurants, pubs, bars, laundries, stores. But the rooms are very quiet. Have fast internet, tv cable, netflix, HBO, Disney. A/C . hot water. Full equiped kitchen. Big living room and dinner room. 3rd floor located, no elevator.
