DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
Spend your stay in this new 2-room comfort apartment. The apartment was built in 2016 and completely refurbished. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining area for 4 people. The separate bedroom with a double bed, a closet and bedside tables offers all living comfort to feel good. In the large, open kitchen food of every kind can be prepared. The south-east facing balcony promises the first, warm sunshine in the morning; perfect for a breakfast in the open air and plenty of light during the day.

The bathroom is also new and equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is also a TV and free Wi-Fi in this apartment.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.

Kurzfristiger Aufenthalt der Flexibilität erforderte

Nach einem Sportunfall benötigten wir eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Physiopraxis. Das Inserat dieser Wohnung sprach uns sofort an. Der Kontakt mit dem Team von Sutter Ferienimmobilien war hervorragend, wir hätten, wenn nötig, auf alles Unvorhergesehene flexibel reagieren können und eine Lösung gefunden. Die Wohnung war in einem super Zustand, sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Was ich sehr positiv empfand, war, dass über das angekündigte Toilettenpapier hinaus auch Dinge des alltäglichen Bedarfs wie Backpapier, Frischhalte- und Alufolie, Küchenpapier und Mülltüten vorhanden waren. Alle Elektrogeräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Hausgemeinschaft in der Immobilien war sehr ruhig und freundlich. Die Lage war für uns top. Man sollte aber unbedingt den mit angebotenen Stellplatz mit anmieten, da dort in der Gegend überall nur Anwohnerparken gestattet ist. Zum Glück wurden wir von Frau Sutter vor Mietbeginn gefragt, ob ein Stellplatz benötigt wird. Es ist auch eine ideale Lage, wenn man Hundebesitzer ist, da schöne Spazierwege an der Nahe innerhalb von 5 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar sind. Alles in allem können wir die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Bad Kreuznach diese sofort wieder anmieten.

Der Heilstollen war fussläufig von der FeWo sehr gut zu erreichen. Restaurants lagen in der Nähe Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Barrierefreier Zugang zur tollen Wohnung!

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut zu erreichen und Top ausgestattet: lichtdurchflutet, Fußbodenheizung, elektrische Rollos, bodengleiche Dusche und super Boxspringbetten! Die Küche ist großzügig und toll mit allen wichtigen Geräten ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besten Dank!

Toller Service, klasse Ferienwohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung ist prima gelegen, sehr ruhig und super zentral zum Kurpark, der Fußgängerzone und zum Salinental. Das Vermittlungsbüro liegt direkt um die Ecke und die Dame vor Ort war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die Großzügigkeit der Ferienwohnung waren tadellos. Sehr gefreut hat uns der kleine Willkommensgruß und dass uns ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung standen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
