The place is one of a kind and was the perfect place for our daughter’s college graduation celebration. Plenty of room for everyone, different areas to explore and Heather provided great support. We will be back in summer to use the amazing rooftop!

Great location

This place was amazing, it has so much character and things to keep the kids busy when hanging out at house. Close to restaurants and bars and also not a bad walk to anywhere downtown.

Condo is maze-like with lots of steps and step downs. Not for anyone with mobility issues. I never left the first floor, which was still challenging to a few of our guests. Kitchen is huge, a wonderful gathering spot. Large dining table. Some private bedrooms which were wonderful. Hosted daughter's Bachelorette Party there. Weekend of awesome memories made. Condo was very clean. Multiple rooms had individual thermostats. Very quirky and quite cool. Everyone had an amazing experience.

Great Space for a Large Group

The place was a great size for our extended family and had so many options for activities of all ages from playing board games, watching movies, shooting hoops, and enjoying the roof top area and hot tub!

Unique

Great place. Tons of room to spread out or to commune in large groups. Easy access to many of Omaha’s attractions from this location. The rental has something for every age/interest group.

Family friendly

It was so great to feel like truly home away from home. So great for families with kids. Great to have the different themes in the rooms. Kids loved the game room and theater. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the roof top.

Fantastic for large groups!!

About 15 of our coworkers / coworkers' spouses stayed here during a conference. It was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room to house everyone, and plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing! The amenities are phenomenal. DEFINITELY want to use this property again for future events!

Amazing location, super unique house

The house was great. Totally unique with an outstanding roof patio. You simply can’t beat the location. Within walking distance to everything cool in downtown Omaha. The hosts were also super nice and accommodating. Thanks again for everything.

Family wedding

It was an epic stay!!! The house beyond expectations. The photos were amazing, we were so excited to visit. Upon arrival the home was better than the photos!!! It was a labyrinth of amazing rooms and fun family activities!!! We will definitely be back for our next visit to Omaha!!

Fabulous weekend

This property is so cool & eclectic. We had my wife’s 50th Birthday bash here with 15 people. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, cool spaces to entertain. Rooftop with bar & fire pit was great space too. We have stayed at many properties and this by far was the most well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms etc. The hosts were awesome. We would definitely return!

Unique & eclectic getaway! Perfect for large gatherings!

We stayed the weekend, and used this space for our daughters graduation party. Plenty of room for our entire family to stay…plus some! We enjoyed so many of the activities (theatre room, arcade, rooftop bar/fireplace/games) and everything was provided that we could have possibly needed. The owners were easy to work with, flexible, and always available to answer questions and help with our needs. I highly recommend staying at the Downtown Omaha Oasis. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved our stay at the Oasis. It is such a unique and fun place to stay. The extreme heat kept us off of the fun roof during the day, but we enjoyed it early and late in the day. The huge indoor play area had large fans to help with the heat and the kids had so much fun there. The game room and theatre were used a lot. Issues with heat in the yellow house were quickly resolved by Heather who was super responsive to all our questions. A place we will never forget!

An EXPERIENCE

We were all genuinely blown away by everything the Oasis had to offer, and our stay in Omaha was amazing due in large part to what this property had to offer. It has to be seen to be fully appreciated. It could even be used as a space to entertain an adult birthday party, a graduation open house, etc. We were a range of ages from 13 to 70 — we were ALL happy!

Family 4th of July

Amazing time for our family of 3 generations ranging from 16 - 86 years of age! All of us enjoyed separate bedrooms and bathrooms with enough privacy as needed, but then common areas for dining, board games, and socializing when we wanted to be all together! The kitchen was large and well-stocked for us to do our own cooking. We enjoyed walking to the Old Market for shopping and sightseeing. Our Host was very responsive when we had questions or a small maintenance issue. We are already planning our next Family Gathering and can’t wait to return to the Downtown Omaha Oasis!
