About this property

The brand new large apartment (about 100 square meters) has 2 separate bedrooms, a sofa bed, a luxury bathroom with toilet, a second separate toilet.

It still has u. a. Via flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, 2 relaxation armchairs, couch and a dining table for 6 people, kitchen with 4 zones induction, oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and complete inventory.

There is also a large parking lot, a private terrace, a storage room for bicycles, a room with a free washing machine and free dryer and free WiFi.

The apartments are on a plot of about 20,000 m2 and there are u. a. a soccer field, various playgrounds, a play house, orchard, trampoline and a lounge with ball pit, table football, library and table tennis.

The apartments are quietly but centrally located between Domburg (2.5 kilometers) and Oostkapelle (1 kilometer). The forest is only 1000 meters away and the sea 1500 meters.

Oostkapelle is very cozy with its terraces, culinary restaurants and cozy shops, it is also by the sea and forest.

Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles war sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Helligkeit und der große offen gestaltete Raum im UG. Auch das ausreichend Besteck für mehrere Essen vorhanden war, ist positiv aufgefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und mit der Kommunikation lief alles einwandfrei. Dankeschön

Eine erholsame Woche

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene mit kleinem Hund. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und haben uns sehr über die Nutzung der Terrasse gefreut. Sowohl Domburg als auch Oostkapelle sind nah und gut erreichbar - auch mit dem Rad.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Wieder super freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. In der Wohnung findet man alles so vor wie beschrieben und kann sich leicht sehr wohl fühlen!!

Immer wieder schön

Oostkapelle immer eine Reise wert. Wir sind schon das 4 Mal hier. Man kann von der Unterkunft sofort ins Grüne loslaufen. Domburg, Strand und Oostkapelle per Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine gemütliche und komfortable Unterkunft. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs sind ist der Kleine Garten an der Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Allerdings ist unsere Anreise (Stuttgart) relativ weit, aber wenn es einem gefällt kommt man wieder. Grüße A.+M. Eißele

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Insbesondere die Spielekammer und der große Sportplatz war super. Nur die Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen. Hier wäre eine Erneuerung sinnvoll.

Erwartung nicht erfüllt

sehr lieblose, spärlich eingerichtete Wohnung,Betten zu weich ( Feldbetten-Charakter, Bäder zu kalt ( konnten selbst nicht eingestellt werden ), funktioniert wohl nur nach Aussenfühler ! Terrasse ohne Überdachung und übersät mit Unkraut. Resonanz: Finger weg von dieser Ferienwohnung. Für weniger als die Hälfte des Preises trotzdem nicht zu empfehlen !!!

Urlaub auf Familien abgestimmt

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die zusätzlichen Gegebenheiten mit spieleschuppen für die kinder oder Waschmaschine sind absolut positiv zu erwähnen. Leider lag bei uns im Gartenbteil noch Hundekot von den Vormoetern. Das war das einzige Ärgernis. Gerne trotzdem mal wieder!!!

Nettes Ferienhaus in einem umgebauten Bauernhof

Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Reihenhaus, das durch Umbau einer Scheune entstanden ist. Man hat genügend Platz und alles ist vorhanden. Das Objekt liegt zwischen Oostkapelle und Domburg ruhig. Theoretisch ist hinter den Häusern ein Campingplatz, der geschlossen war. Vermutlich ist es bei dessen Betrieb nicht mehr ganz so schön ruhig. Wir würden das Objekt aber weiterempfehlen und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Lekker huis op fijne locatie

Huisje in oude schuur, 4/5 appartementen naast elkaar. Ruim, goede keuken, goede slaapkamers. Wij hadden badkamer op begane grond. Verrast dat we moesten betalen voor bed- en linnengoed, maar dat is keurig opgelost. Speelhal is wat gedateerd, maar werkt nog goed. De trampoline, Voetbalveld en basket zijn goed benut door ons. Kortom, lekkere plek, dicht bij Oostkapelle (loopafstand) bos en strand. Wij houden het zeker in gedachten voor een toekomstig bezoek.

Das Objekt war gut, die Wohnung in Ordnung. Es fehlte allerdings ein Hinweis, das eine steile Treppe ins Obergeschoß zu den Schlafräumen führte. Leide waren die Angaben bei den Unterlagen im Quartier nicht korrekt/aktuell (z.B. WLAN, TV Bedienung)
