About this property

No. 311 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Slow M'Ocean”. This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up on the third floor and guests can take in those ocean views from the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

Bring the whole family! Slow M'Ocean is a family suite that sleeps up to 6. It has two Queen beds in the bedroom, as well as a Queen murphy bed in the living room, giving everyone plenty of space both night and day. This condo also has a bathtub and shower combo, which makes it convenient for families with younger children.

Slow M'Ocean also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, an indoor heated pool, and a hot tub. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Wonderful ocean front

Very nice furniture, actually had sharp knives and good pots and pan. Very clean, wonderful view. Only down side is the traffic from 101, but ocean view and sound distracts from that. Loved it.

Girls trip

My sister and I along with her daughter stayed in room 311 which is on the third floor with a great view. We have plenty of space the place was extremely clean and there is lots to do all around us. Located between Tillamook and depot Bay, Lincoln City has a lot to offer, you can search for glass balls, or go to the casino take a swim in the pool there’s just many things you can do or just look at historic sites and beaches. We drove down to Depot Bay to one of our favorite spots and had lunch and then return to Lincoln city, where we continue to scope out the community.
