Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Souterrain: Common room with fireplace and Basement / playroom: bar, sauna, billiard, table tennis, darts, table football, WC.
Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with fireplace, TV and radio. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 additional beds. Bedroom with 3 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Čachrov, 795 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on an 800 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is a semi-detached cabin. Each semi-detached cabin has its own privacy and area. The property is located near the stream. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 800 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 5 m, depth 1.2 m). The pool is solar heated.
