Three bedrooms total. 2 bedrooms have queens and the third bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle under it. The kitchen and living room flow nicely and the stacked washer/dryer is in the back bathroom where you’ll find a high end vanity, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and hamper.

The property is in a great location in Pikeville. You can walk to several restaurants and the venue where we seen the Red Clay Strays! It was clean and spacious and just a fantastic place to stay in Pikeville, KY.

The apartment was great! The host was kind and responsive when we had difficulty finding the apartment. Our only complaints were those that no one can fix or prevent (traffic sounds, lights from passing cares, water pressure in the shower) only things staying longer or living in a similar areas and being more accustomed to the sounds. We will definitely consider staying again next year!

Best place to stay in Pikeville

We travel often from SC to OH and stay the night half way in Pikeville. We used to stay in the Hampton Inn, but we found this gem VRBO about a year ago. The location is great, super clean, and very cool. Thx for giving us this option Amelia. 5 stars!

Second Stay - Even Nicer

After staying here a year ago, I was happy to book a second stay. Our stay was great, with very pleasant communications with Amelia and a seamless arrival. We enjoyed the thoughtful updates to the property that made it even more comfortable. The property remains spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and kitchen basics supplied. We enjoyed the assortment of coffee. It was short drive to anywhere we wanted to go and we easily walked to all downtown destinations. We enjoyed meeting the family staying in the upstairs unit as they moved their son into U Pike.

Property looks a little questionable from the outside but is wonderful on the inside and very quiet inside. There’s a unit above the unit but I think it’s vacant, no noise from above and you can’t hear any road noise. One bedroom does have a king size bed but I do wish that room had blackout shades which the other room with the queen bed does have blackout shades which was perfect for my 4 year old. There is a small window on the front door which I wish was covered or had a curtain but it really wasn’t a problem as there was no foot traffic around and it’s too far from the road for anyone to really see in. Great little kitchen that was well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal. Bathroom was a nice size with a washer/dryer. The unit really had everything we needed for a home away from home including detergent pods/dryer sheets. No noisy neighbors. The unit was clean but I do think it’s time for a deep clean. I wish the front door had a high privacy lock only because I have a 4 year old, they like to try to escape. We will visiting the area quite a bit in the future as we are buying property, building a home on and we intend on staying in this unit everytime. Hopefully the owner sees my review and adds blackout blinds to the master with a high privacy lock for the door. 😉

Very nice place

This unit is very well designed and furnished with higher end appliances and facets. The rooms are roomy, would've like to have a had a king size bed though, it would fit. Beds sleep well and have separate individual seats in each room. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nice but the honestly the shower is a bust. Based on the looks and feel I was expecting a spa like shower but nope. Water pressure was extremely low and the overhead rains however head is placed way to close to the wall, either center it and/or add a hand wand. The unit is quit inside even though it is just off the main road. 9/10 unit really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Place, very clean and great host

Apartment was very very nice, and very clean. Very spacious and recently renovated. Host was very good at communicating check in process and responding to any questions. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it.
