Rs villas have 12 apartment which we rent mostly to foreigners. The building is fully furnished with aircon,free wifi, parking, pool, CCTV, near to the beach, bus stop ,shops and shopping mall.Transfer facilities also available. The apartment has 3 private rooms with lock. The living, dining equip kitchen, bathroom and terrace are share among 3 people only.
