The fantastic location offers a beautiful view of the bay and the Zickerschen Alps. The property has parking facilities, lockable shared bike sheds and a large garden.

The light-flooded 85m ² Non smoking apartment on two floors, located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with adjoining south-facing balcony, open kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is suitable for up to four adults and two children up to 16 years. The apartment has been decorated with bright modern country-style furniture, which blends in perfectly with the duplex apartment. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, a single couch, a cabinet cabinet, sideboard with flat screen TV and radio with CD player. Both couches are sleeping arrangements for the 5. And 6. Person thought. From the living area you can walk on the balcony with 2 sun loungers. The open kitchen with dining area for up to 6 people is fully equipped with a small dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob. Various kitchen utensils and kettle, toaster, coffee maker complete the kitchen equipment. The first bedroom has a double bed (2x 0.80m x 2.00m) with bedside tables, reading lamps and a large wardrobe on the corner. A travel cot would also be found in the bedroom. The second bedroom is accessed via a staircase and is open plan. In two single beds you can make yourself comfortable under the roof. A shelf, two bedside tables with lamps and a flat screen TV also find their place here. The spacious bathroom has a large vanity, shower, toilet and bathtub. A clothes horse and a vacuum cleaner are available in the apartment. The Wi-Fi access is included for you and completes the facilities for many. A parking space is available directly behind the house. Your brought or borrowed bicycles find in the lockable community shed their Unterstellmöglichkeit. Pets are not allowed in the unit. Of course you can bring your own bed linen and towels. We are happy to provide them for a fee.
