Denver Court vacation rentals

This was a great place! Loved the layout! We have a 2 year old and being able to put them in a room further away from the living area was a great thing, so that they could nap while we relaxed. The manager got back to us quickly when we needed anything and there was a list of options for things to do and places to go in the home. We had a great time and enjoyed the property very much.

This house was darling! It is so well designed. Curtains actually made bedrooms dark at night, flip up shades in living room helped it to be light and airy. There was plenty of coffee, toilet paper, and bags for trash. The beds were extremely comfortable. We did not bring pets this time, as other places have not been well set up for that. We would feel truly comfortable bringing pets next time—safe and secure. This is probably our best rental experience.

Our stay at this property coincided with Med School Match Day, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and it was impressively stocked with everything one could possibly need, from kitchen essentials like pots and pans to a generous supply of beach towels. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all occupants. Although we were a group of three adults, the property could comfortably accommodate up to seven or eight individuals, with the option of utilizing the futon for additional sleeping space. It's worth noting that the layout may be more suitable for close family members, as the single bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. Guests staying in the living room or sun porch will need to access the bathroom through someone's bedroom, which may require some coordination. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delightful deck, providing a serene and comfortable outdoor space. We particularly enjoyed interacting with the resident chickens and collecting fresh eggs for breakfast—an unexpected and delightful touch. Additionally, the under-the-counter ice maker was a convenient amenity that added to the overall comfort of our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless processes, and the owner was incredibly responsive to any communication, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. We had a great stay at the condo during October 2023 - came from Michigan with 4 adults and 3 kids. Communication with Christine was great - very detailed check-in instructions and she was available via text the entire time for a few questions that came up. San Luis is very nice - nights were chilly but the pool is warm so the kids and adults really enjoyed night swimming. The views are awesome and as advertised. Pro-tip: the luggage carts are available on the Ground level for hauling bags from the parking structure to the condo. Only suggestion is to ensure toilet paper and garbage are stocked and there is only 1 key fob for getting into the condo from the resort so you have to plan to let people in if your group splits up (would be good to have two fobs). We had great service at the pool and during dinner at the Grotto during this off-peak period. Place was as advertised and we would definitely go back.

We stayed in the garage apartment it was perfect for the three of us my husband was on a strict diet this trip so we had to cook and there was enough stuff that we did not have to pack anything for kitchen it had all the basics. Plenty of towels etc. Definitely would stay again!

Comfortable and unique New Orleans feel.

Last minute planning on our part resulted in a scramble to find a place to stay near the beach on Easter. Thankfully the property manager for this house was accommodating and responsive to our requests. Overall a good experience.
