Love this place
This is our 2nd visit. We love coming here. We enjoy the privacy, nature and how peaceful it is.
Breathtaking And above expectations
This was a trip for the books! To say it exceeded our expectations is almost an understatement. Communication With Hanna was wonderful and very helpful! We truly enjoyed all the adventures on the property. The sunsets, river, pond, cabin, horseback riding, and the trails were all wonderful bonuses to embark on! I am a pretty picky person when it comes to booking trips. This cabin was very clean and comfortable. We rarely rebook the same trips and we can not wait to rebook at this cabin!
Exactly what we needed right now
Very peaceful and beautiful home. Lots of things do to within 15 minute drive if deep like getting out. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend making this your peaceful getaway destination
Best Vacation Spot
I can't say enough about this property. It's beautiful, quiet, complete with absolutely everything you need, and is SUPER clean. The communication with the owner was spot on during some rather difficult traveling times with COVID. Hannah was very helpful and understanding. We will be back! Amazing home.
Just as advertised
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's secluded without being too remote (roughly 10 mins from Waco) and it's very quiet and peaceful. We only saw three people during our week-long stay, which is exactly what we wanted. My family enjoyed hiking throughout the area and just relaxing and taking in nature. I highly recommend this property if you need a break from the world but can't go too far away, or if you're an outdoor enthusiast.
Brazos Bluffs Ranch is located next to the popular farm of Brazos de Dios, home of award winning craftsmen. Take time to tour its numerous historic structures, including its working gristmill built in 1760, and its pottery, blacksmith, spinning, weaving and woodworking shops. Its craft campus, general store and restaurant featuring all natural beef and locally grown grains and vegetables are open Monday through Saturday until 6:00 p.m. You may want to sign up for one of their many craft or homesteading workshops, e.g. cheese making or woodworking.
