If you like a great location and a reasonable price, this is your place. But if you don't like a heavy smokey smell, no air condition, and not so clean, then this might not be for you.

We’d like to clarify a few points regarding this review. We offered to send housekeeping to address your cleanliness concerns and asked you to email us about compensation, but we never received a response to either offer. Our housekeeping team also did not report any smoke odor after checkout. While we understand that odors can be subjective, we were not given the opportunity to investigate or resolve this concern during your stay. As for air conditioning, it is not listed as an amenity for this property, and A/C is uncommon in Summit County, especially in the fall. With outdoor temperatures averaging around 55°F during your visit, opening a window was a reasonable option for cooling and ventilation. We’re always willing to work with guests to address concerns, but we need to hear back from them to take further action.

The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. When we requested a blender, rather than simply stating it was unavailable, they arranged to have one delivered within hours. The home was very nice and featured recent upgrades. I would gladly give a higher rating if possible and would definitely recommend this property.
