Nice vacation home with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, with private pool, quiet, only just some 500m from Conil, with WiFi. Near Conil you have this neat Casa ANUKA with its covered south-western porche to enjoy your sun-downer. The house is nicely equipped with:
Rustic Andalusian-style American kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, ceran-cooking, oven, washing-machine, dish-washer, coffee-machine, toasters, iron etc.
Complete bathroom with shower/bathtub.
Cute living-room with sofa and arm chair, dining-table, TV with British and international channels (via SAT) and fireplace.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in cupboards, one master-bedroom with a doublebed and two bedrooms with each two single beds.
The house offers some 100smtrs and behind it you find a beautiful swimming-pool of 8 x 4 mtrs with deck-chairs on the lawn.
Near the entrance there is a carport for your car and a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.

Despite frighteningly high temperatures in the whole region we had a perfect holiday in Conil at Villa Anuka. Manolo could not have been more helpful and the fans cot and high chair we had requested were all on place. The villa is perfect for our extended family 3 generations including a baby not yet 2. The proximity to the beach, the lovely little town, the charming garden and the well maintained pool were just what we needed. The house is well equipped kitchen spot on. The only grouse could be the very aged sofa which had seen better days! We had a great time and can recommend Casa Anuka as perfect for family holidays. Thank you to all concerned. The house was clean, it is well equiped and the advert is accurate. The check-in process was easy. The swimming pool is in good condition, and so is everything in general. The garden, bbq and outdoor area is well taken care of. It is located not far away from Conil downtown, in the middle point between e.g. Cadiz and the cool beaches of Bolonia, the car is necessary for almost anything you want to do, even doing the shopping. However, there are things to improve. The house is dark, especially the living room and kitchen, as windows are small and there are just two for such a big room. But the lightbulbs used are not enough and they are mainly cold light leds, a bit unpleasant. We missed more and better light. We stayed there during the Easter week and the house was sometimes freezing. There's no heating system and we weren't offered wood for the fire place. That's quite imortant IMHO, a good host must think about this. Last, we did not get instructions to bring cash for the bail in the confirmation email, also quite important, as nowadays it is not always easy to find cash machines. Without these issues, the stay would have been entirely enjoyable. Thanks

Wir haben das Nachba...

Wir haben das Nachbarhaus Casa Noé und Casa Anuka bereits mehrfach kennen und schätzen gelernt.. Wir haben und im Casa Anuka sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider müssen wir im Casa Anuka wieder in getrennten Schlafzimmer schlafen, da das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer leider nur ca. 1,40 breit ist und für große Menschen wie wir zu klein ist. Das Haus erfüllt ansonsten alle Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und alles ist top in Ordnung. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden beide Häuser empfehlen. P:S. Im Casa Noe gibt es schon ein großes Bett im Elternschlafzimmer, Vielleicht sollte Manolo dieses auch im Casa Anuka anschaffen.

Tolles Haus, guter Service!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Casa Anuka. Wir konnten die Vorzüge des Hauses sehr genießen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool hat für einen schönen Start in den Tag und für einen schönen Abschluss gesorgt. Einkaufen, Strand, Tennisplatz und gute Restaurants waren schnell mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar.

Nachdem wir das Nachbarhaus Casa Noé bereits mehrfache kennen und schätzen gelernt haben, haben wir uns ebenso in der Casa Anuka wohl gefühlt. Das Haus erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub. Sehr toll fanden wir die neue Markise die uns in der Nachmittags und Abendsonne Schatten gespendet hat. Außer das Ehebett war für uns 2 Große Erwachsenen 195 cm und 175cm zu klein. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und alles ist top in Ordnung. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden beide Häuser empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Das Haus erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist ebenso wie im Haus Noé nur 1,40 m breit und daher sehr klein. Was in beiden Häusern fehlt ist ein Sonnenschutz für die Nachmittags / Abend Stunden auf der Terrasse. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und alles ist top in Ordnung. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden beide Häuser empfehlen und wieder buchen.
